Hey my friend! Are you Indian or Pakistani? Don't be suprised about your 14% scandinavan result because it Is actually your confused Aryan side (indoeropean people who mixed with Hindu population in early ancient age too) because MyHeritage has low datas that confuses some gene with others! KEEP IT IN MIND MY FRIEND! and about West Asian it's your Iranic/persian dna since Pakistan was under Persian empire and then succesfully populated by Iranic tribes from Afghanistan too again.

I am Indian - thank you for the added information! It's so interesting and I am looking to do some more research on the website when I get a chance. Hope you enjoyed the video!

@@AmitandAman yes, very nice video! I love India too! ❤😘
Greetings from the historical Greek South Italia! (Magna Grecia) 🇬🇷🇮🇹❤😘🇮🇳🇮🇳
I know you Indians loves so much Greece (craddle of the civilization 💪🏼🌍🏺📜📖) even because there are a lot of religious and cultural Similiarities Between India and Greece! 🇬🇷❤🇮🇳
Infact, i really think Acheans (one of the three populations together Minoans and Pelasgians to made the modern Pure GREEK DNA) had origins from ancient Hindu valley people before they settled with other pre-indoeuropean tribes in ukraine and caucasus during Yamnaya culture age and then settled definitevily in current greece!

cool results. btw, the scandinavian and west asian mix doesnt mean you have some british colonial or muslim/mughal mix. That particular mix is from ancient aryans who came to the subcontinent 3000-4000 years ago. northern south asians are called indo-aryans for this very reason and languages are a huge indicator of this migration. you can research more about it. I'm assuming you're punjabi? cause your myheritage results are very similar to other punjabis ive seen on youtube/reddit. those steppe aryans from central asia were a mix of eastern european + BMAC (central asian ancient iranian like), so thats why the closest modern mix is coming out as west asian and european on your results. and the south asian references are based on south/central indians. so its basically saying you're roughly 75% south indian plus 25% steppe aryan like.

Lmao yes Because the Yamnaya didn't just annihilate European Gene's.

Scandinavian is a err it's part of the weak algorithm, because myheritage hasn't updated in about 6 years, 23andme and ancestrycom are better alot larger Refrence population data base and are more detailed,23andme will give you subregions in the country you're from of recent ancestry, ancestrycom and 23andme have updated every year, I've seen alot of myheritage results and alot of times they give you regions you're not

for all europeans born in Europe ancestry DNA is a joke for example if they tell you are from France being a french you allready know that but south of France is ethnically iberian and in some parts italian as Corsica some in the westhern France have celtic origin and many of them are ethnically germanic or a mix of germanic iberian italian and celtic so to say France is like say nothing. And with the update the 23@me make the same mistake so they can be good only for the US people to see from where their ancestors come to America but ethnically they are very bad .

@@mischa676 an Indian from India or Pakistan is not gonna have scandinavian dna, 23andme and ancestrycom wouldn't give scandinavian as a region for an Indian, they are way more precise then myheritage

@@jasonjoseph8700 It depends on references. the south asian reference on my heritage is based on south/central middle caste indians. the girl in the video is northern indian (from punjab i think based on the results since almost every punjabi ive seen got similar results to her on myheritage). the european/west asian combo is from steppe/aryan migrants who came to the subcontinent thousands years ago. mostly pakistanis, northwest indians, nepalis, bengalis and upper castes from rest of india have their mix in varying percentages. So the results are basically saying she's about 75% middle caste south indian like + 25% steppe aryan like. Steppe people were basically a mix of half euro and half BMAC mixed so a combo or euro+west asian is the closest mix to this foreign dna.
