Dave’s voice is really sounding good here. Them tuning down not only made most of their songs sound heavier but Dave sounds so much better live on them

He already has had, and will still have many more shows with Megadeth while Marty only remains a guest for a period of time. It's ok for him to play a lil bit more for now as no one knows if we will ever see him with Dave again after these shows.

Glad to hear that Dave's voice is doing better after everything he went through with battling cancer and thankfully winning the fight. Band is sounding really good here especially alongside Marty being up on stage there with them!
Every time Marty goes on stage, Kiko feels like the man who married a woman, and her ex-husband comes around and sits down on the couch, eating all the popcorn.
Kiko knows how iconic Marty is for Megadeth and for the whole fans. There’s no ego involved and this is exactly what makes him who he is. Clear and simple.
Marty gives them so much positive energy... and it shows on the performance of the rest of the members. Dave is more energetic than usual and he really enjoys himself...!! I'm happy for him.
DAVE IS BACK and the band is on fire. So cool that Marty was here! Vocals sounded amazing on A Tout Le Monde and Symphony! Loved when Dave and James swapped mics in Symphony and we got to hear James sing lead for a while. His voice is great!
I agree he sounds better, but be realistic. Do you remember his voice from 94-97? It was insane. He’ll never be half that, but should he at this point? He over 60.
@@BaronVonBielski No joke, his voice from the 90s was incredible. If he found it again I'd lose it and love it. I'm not a voice expert, but I love analyzing all of this. Dave's low stuff sounds pretty clear, like in Symphony, so I don't think he's challenged with breath/projection, as I hear vibrato and his pitch is always good as far as I can tell, even if the notes aren't always coming out clearly. When he hits the higher portions of his range, I see a lot of tension and hear a lot of nasality from, I suppose, not opening his mask. I know Dave has history with his neck, throat and cancer, which of course left him with less strength to provide the diaphragmatic support he used to, but I'm happy to see him gaining that back. If we can relieve the tension he'll regain power in his voice, and if he opens his mask he'll sound clearer.

Kiko knows how iconic Marty is for Megadeth and for the whole fans. There’s no ego involved and this is exactly what makes him who he is. Clear and simple.
Marty gives them so much positive energy... and it shows on the performance of the rest of the members. Dave is more energetic than usual and he really enjoys himself...!! I'm happy for him.

DAVE IS BACK and the band is on fire. So cool that Marty was here! Vocals sounded amazing on A Tout Le Monde and Symphony! Loved when Dave and James swapped mics in Symphony and we got to hear James sing lead for a while. His voice is great!

I agree he sounds better, but be realistic. Do you remember his voice from 94-97? It was insane. He’ll never be half that, but should he at this point? He over 60.
@@BaronVonBielski No joke, his voice from the 90s was incredible. If he found it again I'd lose it and love it. I'm not a voice expert, but I love analyzing all of this.
Dave's low stuff sounds pretty clear, like in Symphony, so I don't think he's challenged with breath/projection, as I hear vibrato and his pitch is always good as far as I can tell, even if the notes aren't always coming out clearly. When he hits the higher portions of his range, I see a lot of tension and hear a lot of nasality from, I suppose, not opening his mask. I know Dave has history with his neck, throat and cancer, which of course left him with less strength to provide the diaphragmatic support he used to, but I'm happy to see him gaining that back. If we can relieve the tension he'll regain power in his voice, and if he opens his mask he'll sound clearer.
