Captain Cao was my CO when I was in dive school in 2015 (he wasn’t a captain then). He was always roving and actively commanding NDSTC. We all loved him. Last I had heard, he got orders to the Pentagon and everyone was super proud of him. He’s a standup guy, and amazing leader, and everyone in Virginia should vote for him.
I remember that in Iraq, they waited days in line. After they voted hey danced and held their dipped fingers in the air celebrating. It was a beautiful moment to watch.
Many Americans take voting for granted.

One of my Army buddies is a Vietnamese American. He came to the US with his family after fleeing Vietnam and joined the Army. A lot of Vietnamese men entered the US Armed Forces. They came here legally and wanted to repay the US for what the US had done for them. Not many who come here illegally are interested in serving in the armed forces of this country.
The Republic of Vietnam was an great ally to the U.S., it's a shame how our government abandons the allies to die to the Communists.
