I was really skeptical about this ride when they first announced it. I was one of the dumb people that got mad it wasn’t a giga. But now watching this test. It looks like it could be a top Hyper in the world.
Maybe the best B&M hyper, but I don't think it will compare to the RMC hyper hybrids

Hershey Park is really underrated. Such a fun park with a lot of quality coasters.
Dude, no the footage looks amazing! Not sure how it is in person, but the weather makes everything more colorful. It's only as tall as raging bull but wow does it look taller. Maybe it's the weather or just that the lift track spine is the newer b&m style like Fury, but that looks awesome! Can't wait to come out and ride it; I haven't been to Hershey in fifteen years! It's going to be so nostalgic but also packed with first rides. I can't wait.

This looks so awesome!!! At this pace it could definitely be a good contender with the top tier B&M hypers. But I’m still a little skeptical because I know the trims aren’t active. It looks like it’s flying now, but I worry this will be over trimmed.

The way PA is going, Hershey Park isn’t going to open this year.
it’ll most likely open toward September-October, so it’ll be open for only a month and a half, assuming there isn’t another outbreak
Actually, it is opening on July 3rd and I’m going on July 14. So yes it is.

They'll most likely run it at Halloween but I can't imagine they'd run it at Christmas.
I heard Hersheypark could be adding another ride for 2021 season. I think it’s a wind seeker ride like the one they have a Paramount King’s Dominion but I’m not sure

I dont get it? This coaster type can make every twist flip and turn u can imaging and its just going up and down pretty slow it seems like aswell

Seems to have the potential to out-do all other B&M Hypers. One would hope that is the case, as this type of coaster is about 20 something years old now.

@thecoasterspot has the PA governor loosened the restrictions on non essential businesses? I'm a bit surprised to see testing considering the stay at home order
This might qualify as "construction", which has been considered "essential" in most states.
No he's in the process of reopening. They might have a waver that allows them to continue to operate with guidelines on social distancing.

This will be very different though
Less intensity and pain. More stomach dropping and floater airtime.
Looks like a great coaster but I doubt it’ll be more intense than Sky Rush
That was sorta the point of this coaster. They want a smooth floating hyper for the general public that isn't as intense as Skyrush. Skyrush was supposed to be like that when it opened, but that type of coaster on such limited space made it much more intense then wanted.

Skyrush looks like it will be better.
If by better, you mean more intense than your right. That is the point of this coaster. They want something that is fun to ride and doesn't injure half their riders.

it’s actually quite quiet, In comparison to great bear I wouldn’t be surprised if the track and/or supports are filled with sand. Now the screams another hand....

the trims look to me like they are magnetic trims so that is probably why you don't hear them
They open and close every cycle on other B&Ms which you definitely can hear

@@TheCoasterSpot one thing that I'm just realizing is that some of the older hyper's such as nitro use friction brakes for the trims. on the newer ones like mako use magnetic trims. this is gonna be the newest hyper so they probably are magnetic. also, when you zoomed in on the hill with the second trim at 3:26, you can see that the trims have like a top and bottom where the fins can slide through, almost like the way premier has there old lim launches set up, just in the middle of the track if that makes sense. I'm not trying to be rude btw if i came off like that

B&M hypers have never been the coaster that got me overly excited...but this one actually looks sweet, pun intended.
