Did you miss how at 0:12 of the video it is clearly stated that this is aimed at players at the end game. The video was also made during the release of what is now Classic Era, it is 4 years old and things have changed since (for example it does not account for TBC classic and onwards at all).
The solution is really simple: Turn your volume up. If you're talking about video background volume, instead of my microphone recording volume, then that is by design.

your volume is too low
The solution is really simple: Turn your volume up. If you're talking about video background volume, instead of my microphone recording volume, then that is by design.
