been going back and forth between this arcadia and the 6/15 echo as best jams of 2021 IMO. the western sun before the echo may be in there as well. this arcadia is as blissful as they come
Funny Story-I met Rick (Goose lead guitar player) at the Richmond, VA airport last week the day before the National shows....We chatted for about for about 8 minutes (but whose counting)...I made a point to mention that I had seen several Goose shows prior to the Mission Ballroom shows, but that at the Mission "Is where you really reeled me in".......He laughed. I asked him specifically about the Mission Arcadia...I said I must have listened to this 100 times in the year since and it still blows my mind. He seemed to acknowledge that is was special "Yeah I remember those 2 nights and that room was incredible.....the Arcadia was special"......I believe those were his exact words. So cool.
