You are a better man that I am. That cold and wet mod would drive me crazy. You are in the tropics in the Pacific, you definitely wouldn't be freezing after spending 10 minutes in the water. LOL I love modding games though that give you a different experience, especially after playing the game multiple times.
I really enjoy these videos. You helped me a lot thru the years, from a new player who happened to come across this game on a console to a true survival except on PC. So thank you and keep them coming modded or not.
I love stranded deep. Makes me wanna go back and play again but I don't have it on PC right now. Only have it on Xbox and I need my console fixed so I gotta wait to play this gem 💎 again. Great video too btw 💯👍 have a great day to all
I'm on console, so mods aren't an option, but after a year of not playing SD I reinstalled it yesterday to see if the "developers" had fixed the bugs. On my home island, it only took about an hour before I grabbed a coconut, set it on the ground, skinned it, drank it, dropped it again, cut it in half, and sure enough half of it disappeared beneath the sand only to emerge next to the water line about an hour later. Pretty sure it won't be long before I delete it again from my console, maybe permanently this time. Not sure if they just used a substandard game engine for this thing, but it seriously cripples the game. But hey, at least I didn't get binoculars stuck to my face this time. lol
Great video, I love your Stranded Series. I see a few people doing this mods to make the game more realistic and more difficult but then they do the Coconut drink cheat taking out the hardest part of real survival. If you had unlimited water, you could just build a shelter, drink and stay covered all day and go fishing or crabbing every other day and get fat living in paradise. Whats the point of playing on super hard mode, if you eliminate the hardest part?
Love your Stranded Deep game play. I really wish they would fix it. My husband and I play together on Xbox but can't finish the game. The story won't unlock, even after restarting 3 times. Absolutely frustrating.
each boss unlocks a peice of the plane to craft.. then you must find the air craft carrier .. ontop of it is the plane you need to fix with each piece from the bosses.. plus food, water, and fuel
@@GranddaddyGamer Yes, but the items we're supposed to craft are locked. All grayed out. After defeating all 3 bosses it's still locked. We can't craft anything. We've been to the air craft carrier. We can fill the water and food, but no matter what we can't craft the items. We can't even craft the trophies. We've started over 3 times, but no matter how many times we defeat the bosses the story items stay locked.
Yeah man my only regret is I'm on console Young Living big dog style over there on the PC made that game thousand times better like Tom Hanks might even want to play it LOL
Hello GDG. Before I go any further, I am Not directly attacking you GDG because you tell the truth & use the word Mods in your titles. I'll tell you why I Hate Mods: You have tons of stuff already & it's remarkable how it is always what the player needs. In fact this video backs up my point. The Shark action was actually correct, sharks don't always attack. Humans are not sharks 1st choice. The amount of stock you have is seriously unreal. In 1 hand you have made the game extremely hard but in the other hand, the game is incredibly easy. You have balanced the game out to an easy normal mode. If I am playing a game I have purchased for a lot of money & let's be honest, gaming is expensive, I don't want Mods & I absolutely do not cheat. Call me old fashioned but I like playing games in the way they were meant to be played. There is always room for improvements but that's why we get a 2nd game. The other problem you have stated in your intro, Mods are only for a certain gamer type. So, any Mods that are introduced into future game play is of 1 community of players. That is Not right. I will never use Mods or cheats & those players who lie & do Not admit to Mods or cheats in their titles, I always shout out loud about that player. I call them out. Why? Because those of us who work hard at the game are the Real Players & we deserve the praise but cheaters & unlisted modders for some reason, get the praise. Makes no sense to me. Mods is encouraging cheating. I hate it. That all written, GDG has shown gamers how Mods should be used, honestly. Loves ya GDG.
Have to agree with him about cheats/glitches, I was really hoping you would not use any glitches in this series. I agree that they take the fun out of the game and the infinite water glitch with coconuts is a cheat not just a glitch. To me it ruins the game. But you do you mate, still gonna watch.
@@oldman1973 The devs have had how many years to "fix" that glitch with the coconuts, and they haven't done it. At this point I view it as a feature, not a bug. Here's the great thing though, this game is a single player/co-op title. No pvp. If you want to play strictly vanilla, or run the cheat engine to give yourself infinite resources, it doesn't affect my game one bit. Not all mods are for making things easier btw. Some mods are designed specifically to make things harder than the hardest difficulty that the Dev made.
Nice video, I was wondering if you quit Stranded Deep, it's one of my favorit games. So happy to see a new serie. Thank you! 🥰
I would love to see more of this playtrough, especially as I play on console and can't use the mods. Good job!

I think for me the mods made it a different experience in the game after 100s of hours.
I really enjoy these videos. You helped me a lot thru the years, from a new player who happened to come across this game on a console to a true survival except on PC. So thank you and keep them coming modded or not.
Ty very much !

This game plus mods is the way to play. I didn't do the wet and cold mod as it just adds more ways to die to a game that's already full of them.
First, yay new series, glad to see ultra hard mode continue even better in a new series.

omg lol .. every gameplay is a new adventure aint it?
Really love the details for the mod
