@@Spirited-Drive I didn’t know it was for ‘American Car’ till I walked up to receive it … but thanks to Phill (who’s written a book about the Nova and all its worldwide derivatives) who’s just commented to point out the strong American connection 👍😊
Just to clarify - The Nova was also produced under license in the USA where it was sold under the name Sterling (due to the fact GM owned the rights to the name Nova). They sold a great many more Sterling's in the US than they did Nova's in the UK and it featured in a number of films such as Cannonball run and at the very end of Death Race 2000. So while not specifically an American car, they where manufactured in the US where the majority were built and sold.
