As always a great vid sir. I love either of the cobras' for smuggling, both great ships for it. Asp x is good too. TBH although everyone says about heat sinks and silent running I never bother. I find as long as you line up right and "go for it" even if they do start a scan you're in before the scan finishes. Also useful to check the system security level, low is dead easy but high security can cause challenges especially around planetary bases. Which I tend to avoid usually. Cheers Mr Myu
Toxic waste, I remember back in Elite when military fuel turned into toxic waste that had negative value. So much dumping in the outskirts of a system where they would not notice me doing it.
Thanks for sharing. Now, that station you choose to smuggle to... fine it accepts lots of stuff, but (and this is a honest question) isn't it too far from the star so that the travel increases your chances to be interdicted?
Good question. I think the best answer I can give is that I've become so inured to being interdicted, no matter what cargo I'm hauling, that it doesn't bother me any more. Whether it's hauling moonshine or hydrogen, there's always somebody trying to interdict me. If it's a pirate, it won't show up on the system authority scanners anyway.
It can be. It won't carry a lot of cargo, but it's fast, maneuverable, carries a decent punch, and can get in and out of small docks. I'd say give it some heat sink launchers and try to stealth your way in, and it'd be good.
Okay.... might be a dumb question but does working up a reputation as a -hauler- belta loada, reduce the probability the authorities will give you a second glace? ...and can you contribute to a "port authority benevolent association" to reduce the risk?
Mi pensa it's generally accepted, but not 100% confirmed, that you get scanned less if you're allied with the faction controlling that particular station. There IS more evidence that you don't get interdicted nearly as much by the local authorities. And you can always do "charitable donation" missions to get in a bit better with the local powers that be. Fly safe, kopeng mi.
You all know how it goes, one day you hire a smuggler, trying to avoid Imperial entanglements, next thing you know, you're landing on the Death Star.

The fact that you got promoted to Entrepreneur is absolutely golden.

Cheers! And yeah, I'm just in the school of "Better to have it and not need it than the other way around"

“In this case, we’re going for beer.”
Trying to start space nascar I see
I got real ballsy once and delivered 650 tons of onion head gamma in my type 9. That was pretty sketchy
Good video, much better than anything else so far
I can't believe it. I can finally be an organ harvester in space.
Thanks for the video.

A anaconda can do, one time i accidentally pick up stolen goods in my anaconda, it would have been a waste to jettison them.
Oh a 'conda can absolutely do it. It's just not optimal. I did the same thing... felt like I was trying to be sneaky and stealthy in a train.
Can the adder be a good smuggling ship?

Now I need a Han Solo outfit. Oh and don’t forgot everyone trying to hunt you down and murder you.
I NEVER forget about everyone trying to hunt me down and murder me. ... it's a depressingly (or encouragingly) long list.
