    Solutions 😂😂😂 get the greed out and the yacht sailing owners in prison for crimes against humanity !! 14 years as an RN and every nurse I know is seeking an immediate exit !!!

    I doubt things will change. The other solution they are doing is hiring immigrants so it will keep the salaries low. And then by the time the stabilization is back, nurses have more work they have to do compared to the 80s and 90s. Nurses now focus on documentation than actual care too and people are sicker too, plus, entitled. They think we are health managers. Hello!!!
