I like that they communicate openly with each other, it makes them stronger as a couple. They work things out and compromise, treating each other as true husband and wife
Them quarrelling like the typical old couple is adorable
I just like the way this Yinglou treats her self as a wife to the Emperor not as an arranged wife for purposes of balancing power
Lol, Yingluo is probably the only one who would dare to steal the blanket to the Emperor and physically fight with him, and yet succeeds to get a massage from him 😂
She's clearly the fun mom🤣
Im addicted to this show!! But I’m watching it out of order 😩
This was so sweet. I can't help smiling ❤
Q
This is my favorite clip they are so cute ❤ together
That was funny how they wrestled then had to massage each other
the Emperor was personally serving her 🤣
And once again, Li Yu nearly steals.the scene with just one look he conveys such horror and panic and deep desire to be Anywhere Else.
I injoy watching this drama
So enjoyable thankyou
Suka lihatnya
Yongyan actually becomes the emperor👑
With all the children's deaths during Qianlong's reign I can kind of understand why they had so many concubines. Even Consort Ling's daughters both died of illnesses later after they got married. The 5th Prince was highly supported to be the next Emperor but he died of an infection in his leg. I think sometimes we forget that the death rate was really high over 200 years ago, everywhere. People died all the time from Malaria, especially in tropical or very wet climates. Also, the Chinese region suffered from regular flooding that also caused disease and starvation. Empress Fuca lost her two sons and that left her depressed and vulnerable and she caught a cold during one of the southern trips and then developed pneumonia and died (she didn't commit suicide in real life like she did in the TV series).
@@eryian I have been wondering what killed so many of the children at the age 18 months - 2 yrs old ... I wonder if it either was botched smallpox inocculations or that they got snallpox before they were old enough for the inocculation.
But if course there are a lot of viruses and bacteria, tbc, rs, influenzas and pneumonia. And all the funny poisons they used for medicine and pigments. I always wonder about the glazing of the emperor's yellow cups, lead? cadmium? or some other kind that is forbidden today.
@@eryian Yeah, pretty much. If a woman, by any casualties on any alternative universe, became the "Emperor", a harem would have work just to satisfy her or to make sure she ends up pregnant. Very unpractical. Since a woman usually could have at least 2 babies in one pregnancy (more with a lot of luck), and has to wait a long time to be safe in the next pregnancy, just imagine that. Yeah, harems were actually very practical, although, people these days won't understand because of our actual culture, their reasons were understandable. At least for the context.
@@izumiseiho5380 it was still a horrible practice and treated women as property. I understand why it was done, but it really was about the obsessed ego of the husbands to have a male legacy child. The only reason the harem system existed was the obsession over having a son and for status. The harem system was horrible to women.
@@dirgniflesuoh7950 Consort Ling took Cinnabar for her post-partum depression and pain of having 6 kids and one miscarriage. She died young because Cinnabar has Mercury in it. They even found her corpse after the tomb was damaged during the Communist Revolution and it was very well preserved because of the high percentage of Mercury in her body when she died. Cinnabar was used as a common pain killer in that time.
what ep is this
What's the name of the bgm around 3: 25 to 3:33?

Different earlier Empress…this one become Empress after first Empress died
