    Somewhere there's a Russian admiral with his grandkid on his knee, telling him about the time he went to the North Pole in a submarine and met Brian Blessed. Who later punched a polar bear.

    The thing with Brian Blessed is, he's so damned entertaining that it doesn't matter if it's true or not. If he said he'd visited another solar system with Venusians, I'd believe it.
