My mother went to a psychiatrist for her insomnia and a female relative commented that you went to a female psychiatrist a male psychiatrist will treat you better! My mom was shocked and shut that relative up but is there a gender bias in public

Really confused between choosing IHBAS and the colleges of mumbai like KEM,Nair,JJ. is the rigorous training and the specialized setup of IHBAS worth it or is it more preferable to do PG from where you wish to settle down? What would you suggest ?

Go to IHBAS Delhi. While Mumbai colleges are great, IHBAS will give a very different and complete experience.

Most of the new patients take around 20 minutes, and follow-ups 10-15 minutes. The therapy sessions are usually at least 50 minutes long
