I am 65 year old Abdominal and Interventional Radiologist from Bhopal who wanted to become surgeon in 1981. I did housejob in general surgery and did radiology because could not get MS general surgery. Left MS ENT. Right now doing hepatobiliary interventions and Conventional abdominal Investigations. Did highest number of Enteroclysis (small bowel enema) in the country, 8 to 10 times of PGI Chandigrah. Dominating in the field for 35 yeas, without giving single paisa commissions with enough respect from consultants and patients. This lecture is full of wisdom. Hat's off to Dr Tripathi. I was watching this because of my son who is exhausted and getting confused what he wants out of life because of listening to peers. This is extremely good guidance.
Many practitioners will not be doing well even after 5 years. So, pick up the branch you like, something which you don’t mind doing for 30-35 years. Even if money is average.
Thank you Dr Praveen,it’s a useful video with crystal clarity. I am saying it after 22 years as an MD pediatric practitioner.
15 min me 1.5 lakh logo ki problem solved... Great sir...
All things u said are true . U said good things about respect in college branch wise and I even seen egos of doctors branch wise.
One of my firend is doing MD medicine in private college, but he is still preparing for neet pg bcoz he wan’t MD medicine in govt medical college.
Totally a fool.

I am already earning 3.5 lakhs per mnth with my MBBS degree. I just want a nbe diploma ent.Whatever sir said is 100% true. Patient cares only about your skills. They don't want to see ur superspecialised degrees . If u can't give results u cant survive with ur superspecialised degrees also.
How bro..where r u working
same ques!
Hi brother, is it ok to do nbe diploma radio-diagnosis and later complete secondary dnb ?? Jobs mil jaate hai ?
@@ThugLife-qz2ld I m a hair transplant surgeon & aesthetic medicine practitioner.i m running my own centre.Patients trust my skills .My competitors are ent, dermats & plastic surgeon. Unfortunately they are unable to give results & I made by own name in the hair transplant industry within 5 yrs of passing MBBS.

Hi sir , I am Arani . I gave neet pg 2023 . I got 13979 rank ( my 3 rd attempt ) . I have seen your vedio on How to increse study hrs , that triggered me to think what I had done in my preparation time ..
I am bigger critic of myself ( I have grown In a environment like that ( i am not good at studies upto 10th , so people criticize me and even my father would criticize me a lot ( even do now ) , so criticism became normal for me ) . I understood that this behavior is not good for myself ( how much I do , what I do ,, I expect something more and more from myself and end up criticizing myself ) even when I got this rank I am not happy ( eventhough this is not a good rank)
What should I do to get rid of this attitude and become optimistic person ( any book suggestion sir )
How to have realistic expectations from myself
I am interested in cutting from first year ,, but in internship medicine caught my interest ,, As of my rank I won't get med ( so I thought to take a blend of both subjects -- OBG ( the subject doesn't interest me ,, but procedures ( doing deliveries , c- section ) interest me .... is this a good decision ?? I am questioning myself , but my inner answer is good if you master the subject and able to treat patients ....
I believe you will enjoy gynae ... because you are interested in the core procedures. Go with it

General category all india rank 57271 koi college milega
If a branch is in more demand and less saturated then ofcourse it will play a role in making money. So why is branch not a factor ?
At the end of the day your communication skills depends on your money earning & patience op not the unsaturated branch value

Sir how is psychiatry for md?
What about preclinicls
Sir Kya ct chest se heart ki blockage aur heart ki bimaari ke baare me pata chal jata hai
कभी कभी धड़कन से ही कुछ अंदाजा मिल जाता है । वरना ECG तो है ही.
Mujhe app se appointment Lena hai
is Secondary DNB after diploma still an option in 2023??
Main anxiety me hu
Wht is the fate who takes pre and para? 😂 Very average life style, extremely avrg or even less than average pay.
Just look at these facilities are they living am extremely average life?and also it's an individual choice to chose what they want account to their priorities, the who want a peaceful life ,stress-free life no emergencies ,no risks,no night shifts they ll definitely go for non clinical what's wrong in this?sabka apna apna pros and cons hai aur jab koyi radiologists ko doctor nahi bolte hai to kitna awaz uthate ho tum hi log ab khud apne field ke logonko neecha dikhana aur mock karne me kuch problem nahi?phir baad bolte ho ki doctors hi doctors ko support nahi karte sab jealousy hai ek dusre ka bolke
❤
Thank you so much sir ❤🙏
Thankyou sir
