I signed upto buy new house on January with estimation of 3.5% in Arizona. Now housing interest rates are going up. I am confused now whether to take back step or do rate lock now with current rates or wait till October for closure.
No one can predict the future. But if I were you, I would lock up the rate now.

@@InvestmentInsightsTamil Hi Vijay, I did the rate lock and it was 6.3% lock for 255 days with one time float down if interest is low. Is 6.3% good or Ok or bad or worst🥶. House price was 500k 30yr fixed with 5% down. My credit score is excellent. Your opinion pls share

Couple of things. You need to make sure that you have your shares in a brokerage that support international address. You can continue to trade. Another thing to remember is, the inheritance tax for non resident is 40% for any amount over $60k.
