Intha rat race la mela mela yeri enna use sir ? At the end of the day , we are still a rat. Climbing the corporate ladder is a game we can never win and it comes at the cost of health, relationships and our most valuable asset, time. Instead we can work a lower level job without too much stress, live frugally, invest aggressively and leave this rat race for good. Job la eppadi OB adikanum nu oru video podunga sir. I think it will be useful for many people 😁

yes thats correct. Whatever you do, finally only 6 feet land. சாப்பாடு கூட பிடிச்சது சாப்பிட முடியாது. Sugar, BP.

Exellent
Sir,parenting tips, sowing financial tactics in kids
Sir share video on effective use of working hours
Sir how are you waiting for your next speach when you're free post thank you
Vijay, I have a doubt about the first point. I completely agree we have to be ready to stretch to own our product beyond our signed contract/work time in certain time. But, sometimes our managers exploit that and setting their expectations that, this guy will be available any time. then in many time, that turn into free service.
That would be a bad manager then. Off hours support should only be for critical incidents. Not for daily tasks.
Consolidate all the points at last and show it.
Next time its easy to see all the points at one shot.
Thanks for the tips.

That should be OK. But I would personally go for something that is already established in the market rather than something new of same kind.

Good one. Regarding your comment on being professional to provide after hours support.. would you comment on suppose if it is expected to be available after hours anytime almost all weekdays & weekends ?
Depends. What we did was, we rotated the support among our team members. You can come up with creative ways to handle that.
@@InvestmentInsightsTamil Thanks..that’s exactly I started since 2021.. looks like it’s continuing for 2022.. wondering any other alternative to promote well being of employees supporting sacrificing their personal time weekends since 2020.

If there is emergency support required, shouldn't the company be ready to spare resources for these situations. They can give these employess money who support during these emergencies instead of making them work and just appreciating. If i think this little deeper, i think it as a 'slave-ish mindset' instead of ownership. :)
