Great video as usual! Though this is a known concept for few, the examples used here are spot on and remember-able. When practically doing this for the todos, we always get confused on which bucket. Hopefully these examples could be a useful. Let me try this. Also, if you could have recommended some online todo tracking with this matrix could have been helpful.

Do it and delegate it as I said in the video. If you have to do both, then the first category is obviously more critical than the second one.
