    Which one did you choose?

neither. They force you to make generic content and do the same stuff everyone else does. I am doing well going my own way with slow organic growth and a loyal and committed audience and members. Same for all the youtube tips from some of those gurus. I don't listen to them any more. We are in the era of keep it real now. 3k in one year not bad for a 57 yr old who never did this. The exponential growth will come soon.

@@MissLizaYangonMyanmar Valid point! These aren't quick rich tools, and they won't fix bad content. You're right in that using either option will bring you down the road of what may be considered generic regarding SEO, but that's the point with these products. They aren't here to make you unique or not unique with content. Nor will they make you have a million subscribers in a month. Their goal is to help those show up at all to their audience. With the amount of videos on RUclips, you're listed but you may not reach your audience without making sure your tags or keywords are part of your video. Like searching on Amazon for football merchandise, and you're selling Cowboys. You would say Dallas Cowboys football so that people can find your products when they are heading to the Cowboys games. Because the algorithm is a computer, so it's programmed to find and categorize. And for those struggling with content ideas, these tools can also help give you ideas, but they aren't creating the content for you. Plus, they can help you define who your audience actually is. It's not about being less authentic but understanding how the sites are working and working with them, if you want to do that. It's up to all of us to make our content interesting and bring in an audience. And we don't have to use them at all if the audience is there, your content will grow naturally, just like you said because of the engagement. It all comes back to ...Content is king. If you found a way that is working, that's fantastic! From what I'm gathering, your tip and trick is to be authentic. Which I love! If you have any other tips and tricks, would love to hear those as well! Thank you so much for your comment, and for starting the conversation!
