Especially with Marvel movies plenty of people have come out the "nerd closet" lol. In the 90s when I was growing up it wasn't acceptable to be a nerd. I'm a lil hood with education but I may be a lil too hood for these women like that lol. But I love intelligence, and in my 30s I love how I don't care what people think of me. I follow my own path of happiness. Being the typical stereotype is boring and played out especially when someone leaves the environment they grew up.

We glanced at each other, but see covered herself QUICK. Ironically, I wore a shirt of a well endowed Black woman wearing a bikini. I usually wear stuff like that at Comic Con or during summer weekends. It's about individuality.

I would ask them would they say anything to those males (and those females) who walk in the street with their pants hangin' off their ass. Their answers are usually non-verbal (rolling their eyes or sucking their teeth). The arrogance, hypocrisy, and self-righteousness of some people is absolutely mind-boggling...

I haven't been in one, but I notice how men and women interact when they find out they both like anime. They instantly check each other out. I have some personal experience with that as well (few girls who are into Star Wars noticed my tight fitted Star Wars T-Shirt). Thing is, you can be chosen or rejected as a potential date very quickly.

She teases me on my 'white ways', yet, she has her 'white' moments too. I am NOT hood at all, I've played hockey, I listen to all music, but, love rock. My nerdy way is that I am a pilot and she loves to fly. Find me a black woman who loves flying in a single engine plane and wants to take trips that way? Sadly, that is just one woman out here who doesn't shun a man because he is not 'black', showing that so many black women are missing out on a lot of fun. I may ask her on a flying vacation. But, then again, a few Beckys has asked me to take them.
