Hi, I won’t bake and freeze then bake them again…it might get over baked and gets hard…I would just freeze them for later use, then thaw before baking in a well pre-heated oven.
On a mission! I think I found a perfect recipe here on youtube but let me give it a go first. I’ll let you know how it goes. I’m actually, also going to try the rough puff pastry recipe the one i just posted last week. Maybe, it’ll work too if I do more of the tri-folding technique of the pastry dough or until the texture becomes smoother. We’ll see🧐

Hi, yes and yes 🥰 Just lightly wilt the fresh baby spinach with a little bit of oil before baking so it doesn’t come out dry.

Hi, yes, it’s very possible. I imagine shredded, cooked, well-spiced chicken is a good filling for chicken bread rolls…
