Ow ow this is what i was searching, and all i found in your channel.. I will make underwear from my old t-shirt but i dont how to sew a stretchy fabrics.. Thank you very much, this is help me alot...
I bought my first mini sewing machine because of you! Now i’m selling reworked clothes and payed off the money I used to buy the sewing machine! ❤️❤️❤️
Aah I'm so glad I've been able to help! Well done on generating an income stream!! I would love to see what you've been making , if you share on instagram and add #oonicrafts I'll be over the moon! xx
I actually created a zig zag stitch by sewing one stitch at a time, tilting my fabric 45° with each stitch, alternating between tilting it to the left, then to the right. It was a slow process, but it works! A good alternative if a stretch fabric sewn with elastic will not hold up to needed rigorous washing and drying!
Brilliant idea Lynda, and kudos for your patience! It's agree, I think clothes stitched with shirring elastic will have to be cold washed and hung to dry.
@@Sunshine1795i I would be happy to do a video to show you! I fell and hurt my knee bone and rotary cuff on my shoulder. I have a long healing process, but when I recover, I will do a video and put the link here.
@@rendmendecclesiastes3728 Hello! I know it's been over two years, but just now I saw your comment. I went through your channel but couldn't find the video on the zigzag stitch. Would you be so kind to provide a link, please?

Hi Armando, it's a shirring thread. I bought it on Ebay. I wouldn't sew entire stretchy projects with it though. I find that it shrinks when steamed so be careful when using it.
Hi Tohura, Velvet is incompatible with the mini sewing machine. I made a detailed video about it here, please watch it to see what works. ruclips.net/video/z4IKcWGFxeY/видео.html
Hi darling, I'm sorry I won't be doing instructional videos on the mini sewing machine any more because so many users are facing lots of problems with it. There are tonnes of smocking videos on RUclips if you just search. Good luck! xx

Hello
Can you make a video on how to shirr using an elastic thread on the mini sewing machine ?
Thanks Silvia, I've noted it down!
I'll wait for this too. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
I’m still waiting for this too❤️
I'm waiting for that video too ❤
I knew for the first time about this yarn.
it's very good thing! :D
(Please excuse me for my poor English.)
Thanks ma ka, I hope this helps!
I have bought the magicfly sewing machine....now i m thinking shud i replace it with KPCB one🙄🤔
Why do you want to replace it?
What kind of fabric did u use is this video?
It's a knit cotton jersey, or simply put, t shirt material
I want to create a smock top is it possible ? What Fabroc I need to use?
A medium weight woven cotton or polycotton will be best used with this machine x
I'm very thankful for your video... That's my problem...can i know where can i buy the stretchy elastic thread?
Thanks so much. ❤️❤️❤️

@@OoniCrafts ah ok... Thanks.
Did you have a blog on sewing an entire stretchy fab, I'd like to repair all my jersey shirt. Thank you so much.
Hi
You will need a sewing machine with a stretchy stitch option in it like zig zag stitch or triple stretch stitch x
Hi, can I sew satin fabric with this sewing machine?
Hi Erissa, you'll find your answer here 👇

Ooni Crafts nice
may I ask what kind of thread are you using? because mine is kinda keeps on breaking because it is too thin :
Hello, just subscribed to your channel! So its okay to sew stretchable fabrics eventhough you didn't change the needle for it?
Heyy ooni... Please please teach us how to shirr smoked dress with mini sewing machine please🙏

If the stitch is horizontally and we want to stitch vertically what should we do?
Would you recommended using shirring thread on scuba material or don't you need to?? Many thanks 😊
I doubt if this machine will handle scuba material, Lah. It's stretchy and unforgiving. This is a very basic machine.
@@OoniCrafts OK, that's fine, thank you for such a prompt response as I know you're busy... Best regards
Can I buy this..? Is it worthable...?
My isn't working
Satin /silk is like next to impossible to sew 🤒😖
Thankyousomuchhhhhh 🥰🥰🥰
