Third resistor lga kr apne voltage brha diye or charger bhi auto cutoff nhi ho rha. Output voltage 14 se upper nhi hone chahe

salam bhai,mere pas aik 20 amp charger hai.voltage full deta hai, leken load dalo tu 10 aur 8 volt pa ajata ha.feedback aur lm358 sarey resistor ,transistor deikhe teak hai,per pir bhi voltage drop hota hai load par,kya ap bata saktey hai kya masla ha.
