    how to repair smps switch mode power supply battery charger 12 volt 30 ampere. it is using viper12A as low voltage vcc flyback converter design, TL494CN for push Pull converter, LM358 dual operation amplifier ic fo current and voltage feedback and adjusting the pulse width for output regulation. while charging it manages the over charging protection, over current protection, and anti reversing protection.
    i explained the circuit diagram in detail with each component description

Sir, mei 4 years se leke 30 ampere ka charger, blue color mei istamal kr rha ho , jis p apne lecture b dia hai. Mera cut off ka issue raha hai. Solve hi nh hota. Markets ki mistriiyo ko itni knowledge b nh hai woh ultaa kam begar dengee. Mne variable b change kia or speed Volume, desi cut off curcut lgyaa . No result. Actually, I am an Electrican I know some basic things. Kyaa issue IC TL94 ka hai. Kindly guide me what to do. Baki charger ok hai output ampere 27- 28 tak deta hai phr kam krta ho volume se. Bx yahi issue hai battery agr 14.7 volt hojati hai bar charger cut off nh hotaa.

    A supplimentary useful fact is that for the output MOSFETS Q11 and Q12 WILL TURN ON once the battery-to-be-charged is connected to the output (+) and (-) wires of the charger. However the discharged voltage of the battery MUST BE ABOVE 5 VOLTS. If this voltage is lower, then the output MOSFETs will not conduct. This condition makes the user assume that the charger is malfunctioning, as is evident from the many videos about this charger. Resultantly some videos suggest bypassing Q11&12 by soldering a jumper across the Mosfets' Source and Drain.

    Sir mere paas same charger me ye problem hai k output pr 32 volts aa re hai. TL 431, pc817, variable resistor, lm358 ko bhi change kia lekin phir bhi voltage control ni ho rahe.. please rehnomayee frma dijiye Thanks.
