@@vccground-hindi 12 volt dene ke baad voltage drop hota hai bohat kam voltage ata hai 24 volt nahi ban rahe hai TL 494 ic maine change karke dekh liya 4 transistor aur 2 mosfet bhi change karke dekh liya phir bhi short circuit ho raha hai mosfet bohat garam aa rahe hai.aur teeno diode. Zener bhi change kardiya. .hal bataye......?

2 regular up and down frequency par kam kaprne par IC ke inbuilt osc transistor open or short hoge
3 by chance heavy current flow hone par current controller open or short hoga
4 regular frequency par kam kaprne Wale buffer transistor our out put transistor short or open hoge

Sir aapke paas jo HTC DM-85T multimeter hai vahi same mere paas bhi hai to hum usme smps ke primary side jo live voltage hote hai uski pwm ic ki frequency magermant kar sakte hai ya nahi ?
Kar sakte ho dost, par ye meter high voltage par frequency sahi nahi batata hai. Switching IC ki pin par hi sahi batayega ❤️👍

sir current ko sense kaise kiya ja raha hai through shunt ye samaj nahi aaya wo line to gground se connect hai kya switching honekebad jo current load ground ho jata hai ye usko sense krta hai kya?
Current ground se positive ki taraf chalta hai, ab uske raaste me hamne ek shunt laga diya hai. Toh jab bhi shunt se current paas hoga, shunt ke dono taraf ek voltage difference aayega. Usi voltage ko IC check karti rehti hai aur current kitna paas ho raha hai, wo sense karti hai dost ❤️👍

Totem pole is a two transistor (NPN+PNP) push-pull setup that are connected in series with each other with their base joined together to run from a single drive signal. When the input signal is low, PNP transistor will conduct. And when the signal is high, the NPN will conduct. Hope its clear now...❤️👍

I have this type power supply and the output is 12v at free load.but when connecting load the voltage is dropped to 2volt at output.main filter giving 300v constant even when the load is connected.what are the components to check .pls help
