This is only marginally better equipped than the modern British Army.
I wanted to see you bring in those 18 81mm mortars you had, that would have only cost 360 points after you sold their transports and together they could have put 90 shells in the air per salvo.
Kinda wanna see more battlegroups made like this. I also want to see if you can setup a match where it will be a 3v3 but all players run these kind of "low budget" builds. Would be so funny imo 😂

@@crumpetcommandos779 Very likely, It would be a line that makes a lot of sense to be said by both UK and US Troops in both WW2 and Modern conflicts.
That was incredible, territorials really held their own in urban warfare. That heavy artillery constantly bullying the poor lads scurrying for cover, I can just imagine MPs running around barking orders after each salvo.
I was the one playing the 7th Panzer getting smacked by the 82nd on the other side, it was a fun one though, and I was happy for a good game!
I find it enjoyable not having to wait for ABC phases to get my units. I start with all my toys. Makes games faster too.

Picked up this game a few weeks ago, found your channel when looking for gameplay. Might pick up steel division too. Rts games are very different to when I played back in the day

I think a lot of your success is the ease of microing such a deck. This game seems to REALLY punish AFK, with side shots and smoke protecting tanks, and AA going from "invisible" to "killing your stuff" incredibly quickly.
I notice in your more expensive decks, you certainly play well, but you lose a LOT of super expensive units like Apaches, just to dropped micro. You do very well with them while watching them, then they die offscreen as you are not watching. Or, you will do a super good push, and then get it all bombed out because you didn't move AA up. 10 seconds of lapsed micro costs 300+ points.
It seems that a deck where the most expensive units are like 40 points means that you can just avoid this entire mechanic. You drop micro on a 45 point unit, you lose 45 points, AND you can find out where a 150 point unit's current position and status is.
You could have included the Fox recon cars as they were manned by yeomanry territorials

I’ve been playing a lot of SD2 and some Wargame. Haven’t done much Warno yet, but if anyone has any suggestions on how to find some decent groups to game with, I’d love to hear them. I mostly do Army General

LOL. Kind of lucky you didn't end up facing a heavy tank deck. BMP-3s are about the perfect weight class for your wombats.
At least the Rifle section of warnos are actually better than rifle sections in sd2😂
They're completely gimped in sd2, at least in 44 the sten guns were fine..
Bren should be the best mag fed mg in sd2
@@crumpetcommandos779 it is just too many overpowered DLC units making all the original infantry looking bad: 20 points Soviet infantry is just as bad as 20 points rifle. And nowadays I feel like PzG should be 25 points
