I was in Mexico in 1980 visiting dear friends..an earthquake made things in the city impossible..We left for Cuarnavaca to their other home..We stopped at a place that only fried pork rind..Dr. Lomelin bought an entire giant hot, thick rind in paper and we ate it in the car on the ride up into the mountains...I can still taste it..this method of pork belly is one I do now here in Cambodia...these are real pros..❤🙏
My goodness, what a beautiful story. Uncle, the story you told made me feel very personally. The food I ate at this time is the real deliciousness. There is no fancy packaging, only real and pure happiness. The store I photographed is a very good fried pork skin expert, and I also think it is very good!
