Those pork skins are massive. You can find many types of flavors in South Carolina US we use this as hangover food 😂 but not the size of that lol would love to have some pork skins like that one day.

@@KowalDWR nope I think that is too hot, the purpose of putting the skin in the oven is just to eliminate the moisture and not to cook it, I've seen this similar crackling in Scandinavian cooking, the trick is to draw out all the moisture to make the skin puffy.. the oil frying will do the cooking, not the oven..

This is usually a secret in the restaurant.
Try 200 c for 1h. Should be enough. Preheated ofc

try grilling them instead but marinate them first, im telling you its wayy better.
