I will say I’m Am VERY impressed with Umerex and their amazing job of getting on top of the game at multiple levels.... my Guantlet is Amazing and I’ve seen great groups with this hammer 🔨. I need one Chad simmon thanks mr. hollowpoint and clean that gun from that sticky residue that keeps them from rusting.....swap it for lead filled imperfections and softened landings and rifling and booyhaa!!!! Sub 1” at 100 yards.... yes, even the challenged marksman or his minion so keep it mind. Give your baby a bubble bath and a towel dry😱

Thanks for sharing. You're the second person reviewing the gun that put their hand on the breach area and blew their hand back. I wish they just had a single shot tray and a closed breech. With muscle memory from shooting other guns, I think I personally would have a hard time adjusting to this gun. Kind of reminds me of a thumbs forward grip on a revolver...not a pleasant mistake for sure.
In my opinion the Hammer is dangerous. It has O-ring issues at the breech/magazine allowing too much high pressure gas to leak when firing. Better off with a single shot lever action for a big bore.

Your gonna max it out of course, instead of the hammer spring is it possible to develop a mini gas ram instead for these cartoon air rifles ? Adjustable pressure like the theoben ?
Part 2 Look at that lead splatter on the target. That's telling me bits of lead are coming off the bullet while in the barrel. Not impressed with the Hammer.
Saw a similar video showing bits of lead coming off the bullet while in the barrel...on brighter news got my Umarex Air Sabre that shoots arrows 3 months ago...no issues...and so bad ass love it...best $370 I ever spent

Will your Hammer hold pressure over time, Bob? Mine would gradually leak out. Umarex had my rifle for a couple months but couldn't fix it.
