  • This video will showcase a training prop that can be installed on any type of standard squat rack. When you have space limitations and are on a budget this may be a good option for you.
This prop allows for the practice of a variety of emergency window entry and exit techniques, including the deployment of a PSS/PES/VRS (Personal Safety/Personal Escape/Versatile Rescue System) - For both self rescue, as well as victim rescue procedures. The supplies needed to build this prop can cost as little as $50 - $60 depending on the quality of the materials purchased. Here's a sample list:
1-1/2 sheets of 5/8" OSB or particle board for the facia and deck
    4 - 8 foot 2"x4"s for the frame work
1 - 4 foot 1"x6" for the sill plate and anchor hook plates
1 box of 2" drywall screws
Unlike my other training props, I do not have any formal plans for this prop - Primarily since it is subjective to the type and size squat rack you have access to and the overall simplicity of the design - Hopefully the video and pictures at the end will suffice in constructing something similar (if you so desire)

Just can't help yourself! You'll be building props till your death, and we thank you for it.
