    Thank you for this. I was contemplating incorporating yoga movements with club bell workouts for a complete workout. Good to know someone out there has similar viewpoints!

    What weight should I start with as a beginner? (I’m also a woman if that makes a difference)

      My wife, who's really strong for a woman, uses a 15# club. Based on this single, possibly unreliable data point, I'd say that 10# is probably good place to start.
