      Glad it helped. Perform low reps with a heavy weight for building strength (under 10 reps). And, a light weight with high reps for developing endurance (15-30 reps). Sets depend on a few factors including; experience, current conditioning, exercise selection, goals etc. Don't overdo it too early, start small and gradually increase your workload by about 10% each week.
