The funny thing is Trevor didn’t do anything in a cut cutscene. Both the cousin and his wife killed eachother while Trevor is standing there dumbfounded.

I think something important to note about the Last of Us ending, is that while we can't be 100% sure that Ellie's sacrifice wouldn't have saved anyone, there is evidence throughout the level before and during Joel's rampage that shows she wasn't the first person they had tried it with and she wasn't the only person they had found who was immune to the virus, so she could have died for nothing
I need to go back and do a low honor playthrough. I did about a 40% to redemption playthrough, but I feel like it'll get even more dark if I do lower than 40% like 0-40%.

I used to always play the evilest I possibly could in games, blowing up Megaton in fallout 3 and such, but my most recent playthrough of RDR2. I went in intending to be evil, but I can't do it. For SR2 tell the whole story Falcon lol. They tortured Carlos by dragging him behind a car, forcing the playa to put him out of his misery. That scene with the monster truck rally was great story telling.
Iirc the so-called "cold" act of having Mero flatten his own girlfriend was AFTER they dragged Carlos through the streets - on Jessicas (Meros girlfriend) orders. So she had it coming big time.

Mordin only modified the genophage because the krogan were overcoming it. His species lives to about 30. The genophage is supposed have lasted 1,000 years in lore.

What is even worse about betraying Mordin in ME3 is in that scene, the game force-equips Shephard's pistol to the one Mordin gives him as a reward for helping him in Mass Effect 2, the Carnifex, no matter what pistol or class you have equipped. Cold as ice.
Gotta disagree with that about TLOU. Completely justified of Joel doing what he did. Sacrificing Ellie wasn't gonna change a thing and the Fireflies knew that. Yes was cold AF shooting Marlene, but was justified as she'd continue to chase after Ellie and do who knows what to anyone who got in her way. In the end Joel did pay the price for saving Ellie. Which sent Ellie down the path of vengeance, that so many people were butt hurt about in part 2. When it was completely justified as you tell me you wouldn't want vengeance after seeing your father figure murdered in front of you. If you can say you wouldn't want vengeance then you're a liar.
