I live in playa del rey. I get to look at MDR everyday. beautiful place.
You didn’t mention my favorite spot Burton Chase Park which is a great place to have a picnic and watch the boats/ yachts! I’m there at least 3 times a week!
Damn I can’t believe they DESTROYED a salt marsh. A salt marsh is important for the ecosystem.
Part of it is still there.

Lol its the cheapest place to live in LA. $2000 sailboat at $375/month. Of course there's $4000/month apartments but come on. Large marina + sneaky cheap spot for real "city campers"
Actually every residence is an apartment. All land is owned by LA County. Lots of people moving in and out. Rents are high but so is most of LA
