A true Tele does everything well, and does one thing better than all the others!
I love your site. I'm 68 year old disabled woman. My dad + i were a huge fan from chet Atkins time. Learned guitar listening to these plus all the 70s rock icons. Silverstone 1rst, Gibson and others. Aspbergers savant. I knew music by hearing. Santana, later electrónica, world, it's difficult to mention all. In 2000 i learned 57 genres. I love music. Not just guitar. Was into being dj. I hear + do. Love so many types. Was music moderator. Thank you. I know many ignore disabled women. Music art photography science that's why I have Aspbergers. Hard not to love good things. Shout out from a woman if you saw me you'd ignore me. If you got to know me you'd be a friend. Thank you for being there.
Jacks a giant guitarist
God bless, Sharon! 100% agree on Chet Adkins, keep on pickin' 🤠👍
Rock on Sharon..so cool...
Jack Ryan Sullivan is in the house
Glad to have someone who can get the sounds the guitar is supposed to make.
Love it when Jack does Tele’s it’s always a treat! He’s a hero and a influence on me, his doublestops and the way he plays his notes are so expressive! He defintly is one of my favorite modern country guitar heroes and the tone he gets from making the strings pop is something I’ve admired! Your a hero Jack, hope I’ll get to make it to Norms someday it’s a pilgrimage to see the him, Lemmo, Soriano and the whole gang! Great videos as always Jen your the best!
Thanks buddy. Come see us soon!
@@jackryansullivan6038 Your welcome man! Hope to make it out there soon
Jack Ryan Sullivan hands down the best guitarist at Normans without question. No nonsense and versatile a true professional !
Really enjoyed that. A blackguard in its element.
What a fantastic video Jack is a fantastic guitar player
Jack should always be the host of Tele-Tuesday! Love Michael, but Jack - you are awesome. And what an unbelievable guitar!
Now that’s the way you play a Telecaster! That sounded fantastic.
Oh my, what a sweet Tele. Love the Johnny Cash tune
Jack is a force to be reckoned with. Thank you for gracing us with your Tele excellence!
Hi from France, awesome guitar and playing. Thank you Jack, Jen and Nick. Long live to your youtube Chanel.
Teacher of Twang also throws down history and ‘spec check’. Fabulous JRS!! Great way to start a week at NRGs.
Jack always love your song selections. TY
What's the song's title?
Love Tele Tuesday's, and that is a beauty. Norm should open a store Down under I reckon it would work a treat. Also Jack, should do a little vid of that Tele of yours I've seen......looks a real beauty.
Tele Tuesday is Back and as it been well worth the wait, what a truly stunning Guitar, great playing Jack.
Another great episode. It must be something to be around all those cool guitars, amps and musicians.
Ol’ Sullivan is a natural in front of the camera! Not to mention a world class tele picker! Beautiful guitar and amp!
What a cool Tele. Thank you Jack for making her sing like a Tele. Loved it!
Finally! Someone showing some love for the dark circuit! I have heard it said that it's original purpose was to let guitarists play bass back in the days before the P bass came into. And I love the blend circuit. It adds so much more than the traditional middle position. And I would be remiss if I didn't point out the wonderful playing by jack and nick! Thanks for another great GOTD!
I like this guy. I like Tele's. I like Norm's shop.
Fender Telecaster in great hands, played the way it was meant. Leave those black guard pickups alone guys!
I’m loving all of the info about the guitars. You can hear great playing all over RUclips but what makes Normans unique are these special guitars and the employees who know the history. Thank you!
Great to hear some country tunes on GOTD
Thanks Jack, great to see this, and your good playing!!
Another great time @ Norman's RGs! That Tele's royal & the vibe down there is astonishing with the talent swinging from the rafters all just blows my mind. Good on ya NRG family & friends! Love you guys!
Jack Twang Ryan Telly Tuesday is Always a Treat 👌
Oh, boy! What a superb Tele I've ever seen!! Lots of love from Finland ❤️
Love it. Jack has a great respect for a great guitar, and man does it sound grand.
JC and two beautiful guitars (and beautiful players)!
Nice GOTD 😎
Jack is amazing, Nick is the most under rated.
Nick🔥🤙
Hmmm I love what ever Lemo does but wow Jack is eclipsing him in a big big way!
Didn't know Chumlee was such a great picker! Wonderful playing.
Sounding great 👍 Nick the amount of tunes and styles you can play. My hat's off to you. Jack you're a fine country picker. But back then a Tele was also a blues machine. Would love to hear some fine Tele blues sometime.
Outstanding. Thanks for bring us along
Hey Jack and Nick, great video. Johnny and Elvis would have hired you on the spot.
I love 1952 Fender Telecaster
That was fun! Great playing and singing guys. 😃
Surely enjoying these videos :D greeting from åland Island finland👌👌🇫🇮🇦🇽
Love Tele Tuesday! I’m from Antarctica and have NO WiFi in my Igloo. So I ride my dog sled every Tuesday to the closest outpost just so me and the dogs can watch the latest Tele Tuesday episode! Can I get a T-shirt now?
How fantastic was that ???
Great playing Jack, just awesome 😎
Coming from the UK it was great to see a guitar that was made the same year our late Queen came to the throne and a beautiful Martin made the same year I was !!!!
Love the channel, love you guys, much love to you all xxxx
Good gravy 👌 does that have the juice wowzers!
Awesome!
An amazing piece of musical history, and that's just Nick! Great playing guys.
This is the greatest country guitar made,I play an esquire telecaster sounds just as good.Thank you for your guitar sounds.Bill from Australia.
Great Tele tone. JRS playing reminds me that it ain’t the fiddle, it’s the fiddler.
awesome video Jack!
Sounds great!
Seems like there were many Telecasters produced in 1952. We see them very often. And all of the stars own one. You play so well and it sounds SO good👍
Cool demo! Really dig any time Nick plays in these gotd videos
This is on my bucket list to own one of these.
What an amazing guitar!
I can only hope to be in such good condition when I'm 70 years old.
Great playing too Jack.
I always thought the dark circuit just had a muddy sound but that jazz playing on the dark circuit sounds awesome.
Thanks very much.
I am hearing an exciting country rival band to edibles at night - a country name - Cactuses at night. Nicks professional rhythm chops and Jack's effortless speed and chicken pickin'. I think you two compliment each other. Strange to think her Majesty Queen Elizabeth the Second was crowned the year that guitar was made. It was a different world captured by the sweet and twanging tones of this tele. It takes you back hearing it . I personally am covering REM on my channel. Gotd is great to keep musicians in touch with music, keep norms going get one of these fantastic guitars today. All the best. the Cat (Channel see top)
The guitar and case look brand new. Unbelievable.
Beautiful presentation ❤️❤️
My favourite Channel and very interesting information in a unique way...⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
⚓️ Thanks Jen Jack Nick 😎
🥃👌🍺😊😎👍love it guys that’s the music that needs to be played on that Guitar great job
I think Redd Volkaert lives inside that guitar cause I hear him when its played.
Tenn Waltz sweet sweet song!
Outfrigginstanding!
Nice Work! WooF!!
1:07, aaaand ... *BAM*
Aah, the good old Agnesi days.
My grandfather had a ‘52 tele that was stolen out of my fathers church back in the 80s that was supposed to be my guitar, my grandfather is Bud Fisher and played the Louisiana hayride circuit alongside
Hank Williams and many others, He bought Hanks original Martin D28 in 1964 because Hank needed some poker money. I hope I get to inherit it, Who knows where the tele came from ,it could be very famous as well.
Great video
PS Whoever got that guy to where a T-Shirt with sleeves, big Thank You, I owe you. You know when we get to a certain age a sleeveless t-shirt is just not right no matter how macho we think we are?
JRS = Mr. Versatility
That's just a wow. How do you get more vintage Fender than that? Thanks for sharing all these fabulous guitars with the world!
Wow what a tele.
Sure has that country twang!
Oh those tones! Amazing!
The day I went looking for a hollow body jazz guitar was the day I came home with a
Telecaster.
great work guys. when is Jen getting a go?
Outstanding. Great playing and beautiful guitars
One word, HELLECASTERS
That Tele sounds great and great playing as well! A 70 year old guitar in that cosmetic condition makes me wonder why that is? It looks as though it was hardly played.
Somebody get the broom and dust pan out...they just picked all the hair off them 🎸 guitars !🤣👍💯🎯🥁🎵🎶🎚
Vero sound telecaster
CHUMLEE!
Lemmo shirt!
Actually the serial numbers went past 5600. The case is a thermometer case the poodle case came around 53. Also gretsch never sued fender. They sent a letter to cease and desist and fender complied. The solder on the bridgeplate is how they held it when it was plated
I didn’t say poodle case; I said form fit case, which this is one is a form fit case. My mid 1954 Blackguard Telecaster came with a center pocket tweed case, and then later in 1954, they switched to a side pocket case. Know my Fender cases pretty well here. We have all of them. While those SN’s went to 5500(all they originally made) only 5000 went to Blackguards, the original, real ones. White guards have been spotted with 5001-5500 serials, but people also changed parts back then too. Regarding the lawsuit rumor; although they didn’t go to court; they did receive a cease and desist which typically means ‘I’m going to sue you if not.’ We know our stuff.
Well they say blondes have more fun what a beauty
Anybody else notice that Jack has a resemblance to Chum Lee from Pawn Stars?
Awesome playing. That's a meaty sounding tele for 70 years old. Got some weight to it and in better shape than my 83 telecaster. Lol.
Dude I've always wanted a 1983 tele.. the "Buckley caster"
@@nyonmarsolek146 got a gold bowling ball tele with a rosewood neck. One of the pieces of 8. Only 8 of were made in gold. Funny, I was just watching a Jeff Buckley video. Yeah I've been playing that guitar since I was 13.
@@geraldponce8336 very cool man..
Jeff has influenced me so much over the years.
Someday I want to get my hands on a blonde 1983 tele.
@@nyonmarsolek146 put a mirror pic gaurd on it. Yeah his Tele sounds amazing, very balanced. Been just getting hip to him in the last few years. Like how he plays it clean and lets the natural beauty of that guitar play out.
@@geraldponce8336 Oh you know I will.
He's a great player, and I think underrated in that aspect.
I could Do Fifteen hundred bucks for That Tele If it Includes a Lesson from Jack. waddaya say Normy 🤙
Why did they leave a bit of solder in the ash tray?
Funny to see Nick playing country music - but from the wrong country!
It's a "Thermometer case" Thank you for Not playing through Never ending Dwell time Digi- Reverb.
Good Job ! ... Sorry to hear about Michael Lemmo getting Fired
Lemmo got fired? What happened?
lol!
@@justsomeguy1074 he’s trolling don’t listen to that clown
@@EliteOneTV Lemmo seems to nice to get fired by anyone.
@@justsomeguy1074 & After YEARS... He learned. ( ) About Guitars.
Twang town!
Where is Lemmo 🧐🧐🧐
There was no lawsuit. The Gretsch company telegrammed Fender informing Fender of the the already existing "Broadkaster" name and requesting Fender stop using the similar name. Fender complied.
can i have it?
Broadcaster 1950. Not sued by Gretch.
The Broadcaster prototypes were debuted in 1949. Thanks!
What year is that tele?
It's in the description.....1952. 🙄
2022
Dude smokes.
Sounds like my aunt sharon. She never smoked a day in her life. But she was 500 lbs when she died young
@@Ottophil what does that even mean?
@@Ottophil Was referring to his playing.
@@jackryansullivan6038 Jack, I was referring to your playing, it was smoking hot. He is referring to other personal stuff.
Twang for days...
First
Way to hijack the comments section of someone else's video for attention. What a winner you must be...🤔
@@mattrogers1946 you reply to people who say first? What a nerd you must be
I've been a regular viewer of GotD, but I just couldn't take Michael Lemmo's lack of the ability to talk any longer. All those ERMs just bugged me off.
So what's up with Mike?
Awful. Lovely guitar.

Awww, someone's hard up for a thumbs up. What a shame this isn't about you Gomer....
