I do not even remotely think Jeffrey Dahmer was involved in this. I am very familiar with Jeffrey's pattern and have read all and watched every interview with him and also his father Lionel. Although some of his vitims were in their teens, he was not a predator of children and never would have been in a public place during the day to snatch a child. This may sound terrible - but keeping the head would have meant more to him. And he used drugs abd strangulation before he then do the things he did. Every one of his victims were invited by Jeffrey to go to his home - he did not kidnap anyone.

He did die in vain. People are still trusting people with their kids. That child that came from you, your flesh and blood gets sent off to schools and other activities. Where do you think pedos get jobs? They get jobs where they have unlimited access to your children. Blind trust is negligent. If you wouldn’t hand them your keys to your car and your bank account info and debit card and PIN number why trust them with your kids? Aren’t your children worth more than money or possessions? Yet people guard their stuff more than their kids.

In the early 80's as a teen, two of my best friends and I were walking down the road to a creek that we often fished at out in the country at my fathers house. There was talk of a white van going around picking up kids at that time in the area but growing up in the country we were kinda alert to things and knew the area well. One day as we were walking back, a white van pulled up along side us along the road. We stopped momentarily and the side door slid open on the van. My friend was a bit of a trickster and always did crazy crap. He picked up a rock and threw it at the truck hitting the side of it. Well that made them mad then a guy with a mask on yelled at him and jumped out. We shot out through the woods and ran like heck. We all knew the back way through the forest to our houses. We all made it back to the power line which ran behind my friends house and meet up at there. Not seeing the van or the dude, we started walking the power line toward the house. There was a section of the line that was exposed for a short distance to another side road and as we walked by it, here came the van. It stopped, we ran again as fast as possible and came to my friends house. We told his mom who called the cops and they came out there and meet with us. Anyway, the van was nowhere to be found. It was a scary event. A couple of weeks later, the same van rode by his house but this time his uncle was there and he is a hunter, so we jumped into his truck and followed the van and got the license number. After that, we never saw it again. They messed with a bunch of country boys and about got caught. Never did hear what became of the van.

Adam.was taken from Hollywood Mall. Malls in the 80s were super popular hangouts and places for people to shop. It would've attracted lots of people. Everyone needs to shop somewhere, and in the 80s, there were no Internet malls.
Yes, Dahmer did at one time live in Florida, and he might've even been to that mall and been seen there by a witness who later got the dates confused. Or simply that witnesses got it wrong, were confused, mistakenly identified someone as Dahmer etc. In fact, eyewitnesses get it wrong more often than the public realizes. Human memory is fallible. People are prone to getting things mixed up, making mistakes, being influenced by media reports, rumors and stories. And in some cases, people come forward claiming to have sern this or that, for the attention, to be interviewed and see their faces in the news, or to feel like they have important information and are therefore important, etc. Police are well aware that they may often receive information and tips that are not true or relevant, anf and even get people coming forward to confess who clearly didn't do it.

But in his early years he was exposing himself in playgrounds to small kids…

Killing Adam Walsh may not have been to fulfill a sexual desire but it was probably simply Jeffrey wanting to act on his urge to kill and mutilate. and Little Adam was just an easy target at the moment. And Jeffrey himself has even admitted being so drunk that he didn’t remember or recall how one or some of his victims died. So Jeffrey is full of sh*t. He told the story HE wanted to tell and left out a lot of stuff in between probably both INTENTIONALLY and unintentionally due to him being so inebriated that he didn’t remember. In my opinion Jeffrey Dahmer Killed Adam Walsh. growing up in Miami during that era I was a kid too. So it’s so unbelievable that all that terror I recall feeling as a kid in Miami during the 80’s after Adam disappearance ended up having this Jeffrey Dahmer twist. I’ve followed this story since it broke on the news in the 90’s and have been haunted by it and intrigued by it ever since. But even if it had been an hour, they were in a famous store, Sears, in a busy and popular mall, not some dusty little store out in the middle of nowhere.
It was daytime, shoppers were everywhere, and Sears had its own security staff. And it was the early 80s. Crimes of this brazen nature just weren't on anybody's radar then.
I remember being a kid in the early 80s, and kids would stray away from their parents in the supermarket etc., and it qas no big deal. At some point, their parents would find them. Or at worst, the kid would get picked up by staff and there'd be an announcement over the P.A. asking parents to collect their child. And lots of kids played outside, in front of the supermarket on those coin operated rides, alone and unsupervised by an adult. Kids also rode bikes around on their own, played in their neighborhood without an adult, took bus rides etc. It was so common in the 70s and 80s.

Jeffrey collected heads and in most cases disposed of the bodies, Adams's head was found but his little body never was. Jeffrey kept heads in his refrig so decomp would be slowed in Adams case. Jeffrey also had engaged in minors later in life and was charged at least once. Jeffrey was a trained Army field Medic, so Jeffrey knew the anatomy and how to dismember a body. Jeffrey is the killer of Adam but did not admit to it due to the age of Adam, knowing Prison would not be kind.
Witnesses put him in the Mall and Witness put him at the location where the head was found.

Once he got heat on the news, he probably realized this was a bad idea and didn't want to draw any attention to himself. Plus, not all serial killers start out with their "one type", some experiment. John Walsh is a moron. Otis admitted ad denied killing Adam multiple times. He was f@$king with the police. Dahmer was in the area drove a blue van and was even at the exact spot were they found Adam's head. Plus the witness described someone who looked just like Dahmer. That's way too many coincidences to be nothing.

Thank you for another interesting video.
I've always felt that the Sears security guard was scapegoated over the whole thing. Kids can't be allowed to run free and be rowdy in department stores. If she did put Adam out along with the others, she wasn't responsible for his death. Your bringing out that Adam may have been lured and abducted before she even encountered the boys is an important point. If Adam had been with the boys, I think she would have checked on his story and returned him to his mom.
The case for Dahmer being the murderer is much stronger than the case for Otis Toole being the murderer. The police don't seem to have ever made a serious investigation of Dahmer being the murderer.
The problem is that none of this makes a strong enough case to say that Dahmer was the murderer. People's recollections can be wrong. Someone who looks a bit like someone who scared a kid can seem scary. The people who have identified Dahmer may be reacting to the trauma that they felt and confusing a known monster with an unknown monster that they actually saw.

As soon as you said it was Ottis Toole (best pal of Henry Lee Lucas) who had confessed I immediately knew it wasn’t him. They both lied constantly claiming murders they didn’t commit, and the mush for brain detectives ate it all up. Going to finish rest of recap/video now lol
Based on eye witness testimony (even though it’s not very reliable), and mostly on the fact he was in that specific area during that time I think it’s highly probable that Dahmer had something to do with Adam’s death. Dahmer’s preference was male and he was an organized opportunistic killer. He also liked to lure and then basically kidnap his victims so that he could possess them. It was probably Adam’s death causing such a massive nationwide media frenzy which caused him to change his victim pool to that of low society black/minority/homosexual males, because he could get away with it easier. Unfortunately he was right. Dahmer was also big on decapitating his victims along with many other gruesome acts. I hate to think it was Dahmer who killed sweet Adam, because his last moments would have been that of horrifying torture. I just hope that the Walsh family is able to find the rest of his remains and put him to rest one day. Unlikely as that is all these years later.

Dahmer even said to a police officer when questioned "Anyone who killed Adam Walsh could never live in prison" Implying they would be killed for being a pedophile and child murderer. That and he would have been extradited to Florida which has the death penalty and he would have obviously gotten the death penalty. That and Dahmer was ashamed of being a pedophile and didn't want anyone to know, his own father called John Walsh and said his son (Jeff) was a pedophile and probably killed his son. The killer that confessed to it was borderline mentally retarded and falsely confessed to over a hundred murders. Ntm all the other "coincidences" If Otis had really killed him he would have been able to tell them where the remains were. Dahmer couldn't tell them where the remains were because of the above-mentioned.

Not buying it. Several reasons. Doesn’t fit the MO of Dahmer. Serial killer profiles are very accurate. I think this is a case of coincidence and frequency illusion. You start thinking you remember something happening to you because you see it numerous times later. Dahmer also always wore his glasses. The person isn’t wearing glasses in the police sketch. JD was attracted to men’s chests. He was obsessed with body cavities combined with his sexuality. He also didn’t go very far from his homes. He admitted everything at the end. Why would he leave this part out?

  • @effeojnedib7208

I think dahmer did it. I think murdering a 6 year old was too repulsive for him, and he didn't want to do it again, nor admit to it. A 6 year old seemed like an easier target for him. When he admitted to the other murders, he was basically bragging and reliving them in his mind. Something happened with Adam that he didn't want to recall, or brag about.
Cops will absolutely loose (destroy) evidence and coach a suspect in order to close a case. They are under pressure and it's easier to work on what they already have in hand, than to beat the streets doing leg work. Have to remember, they are lazy for the most part. They still want their promotions and elected officials want to be re-elected. Citizens want answers. Officials don't like answering reporters questions unless they have positive answers that remove them from the hot seat. RIP to all child victims.

Eh, I don't think either Dahmer or Tool was responsible for his death. Dahmer had young victims, but I'm positive none of them were underneath the age of 12 or 13. I think if Dahmer had done that, given the level of sadism he had, he would have had victims of a similar age. Dahmer had a type and he is on record saying that. I also think he knew that if he targeted POC men and boys there would be barely any more attention on him than killing a white man or boy. I do think it's purely coincidental; they tried to pin Ed Kemper on some of Bundy's murders and they also tried doing the same with BTK and other murders around that area. It seems like pure speculation Dahmer was in that mall the same time as Adam -- but also, I'm sure Hollywood wasn't that big of a city during that time, so it might not be so unusual as you think it is.

His crimes were horrendous, but the killing of an innocent child in that manner, even more deprived, and don’t they say that even in prison there is a hierarchy in which crimes committed against children puts the inmate in danger?

She told me the story years ago, after we both watched a thing on TV that had him on it, early days when he was confessing to just about anything, but still, she was visibly shaken, and I'll never forget that.

    Fascinating and original. Thank you.
Sad to think if this happened in '21, the media and youtube would tear apart the Walsh family and John probably couldn't go on to help other families because the public would be convinced he's a mrrdrrerr.

Dahmer was very honest and forthcoming in subsequent interviews following his arrest. He described his murders in great detail, even admitted to helping investigators identify his victims etc. He was so helpful, why wouldn't he simply admit it started with Adam?
