A very Thank you to David to keep re introducing us to our Stars ⭐ ⭐ ... A very well deserved respect for your great contributions, we're blessed to have you in our life time💕
Thami is so smart. He can also make you fully understand what he's talking about. King David got the best out of him with his ways of communicating with the guests❤🙌
He has put it all into perspective...I certainly cannot wait for part 2. Thami is a great actor. The characters Senzo and Jason are the first thing that come to my mind ,at the mention of " Generations
Thami is very Intelligent and He accurate his perspective perfectly...Bra D nice interview, you let your guest speak thier mind without interruption🙏👍🤗.
Wow this interview was so educative. i really think there's a lot that this guy can offer to our country in general not only in intertainment industry.he just earned my respect.
I certainly have learned so much about the entertainment industry and how to navigate through the highs and lows of being an actor here in South Africa; Tnx a lot Thami for sharing your story 🙏🏽❤️
I like the fact that there's new competition, there's a new podcast that premiers same time as u. I thought i will have difficulties in terms of choosing who to spend my hard earned last data on. But u Bra Mashabela made it easy for to stay with u.
What happened to Generations needs to be a Netflix special honestly bcoz most people don't understand what happened and the structure of our entertainment industry bcoz. What Sabc is doing is BS and they know it!! Maybe it would encourage all Sabc employees, production and actors to change the system it's compulsory!!
Problem is there's talent that is being looked after and some aren't... And the ones being taken care of will never be part of that movement and they the once needed the most to show these production companies a middle finger... Also the Mfundi Vundla's, The Duma ka Ndlovu's and The Fergusons have connections high up so the ones involved in such movements will suffer afterwards because the gate keepers have spoken to their people.. We end up with talented people not being cast because they deemed as trouble makers just because they called out bad behaviour
It's not a Mfundi Vundla problem it's an Sabc problem. The broadcaster sets budgets for the production company who then set the budget for everything. Plus the broadcaster doesn't give royalties for shows either so if the broadcaster does that then the production company cannot offer something they do not have. What needs to happen is for production companies to take a stand along with the actor's to change the system others wise it will be a blame game that is never resolved!
That would be useless. Producers and broadcasters will always claim innocence because of this unregulated industry that enables them to do as they please. The real problem here is an unregulated industry. It's a free for all and boy it has gone on for too long.
What an in-depth individual, beautiful interview mnumzana, I know Thami differently now, Thami the human not only the actor, well articulated guy and I thought he can't speak up, wow...good luck bhuti with your future endeavours and everything of the best🙌🏾🕯️
Malume you’re killing it. From great stories and sharing everything events like financial lifestyles of the youth and marriage. I have enjoyed that. Tshepo Maseko started it for me I’ve followed since so still relatively new
Bathong son of Mngcolo ....wow👏please come again. After all is said and done we are acquiring necessary understanding of the industry - slowly but surely change is going to come. Pele ya Pele Ntate Mashabela le bohle moo hle
Don’t remember him. Thanks so much for introducing him to some of us who left home decades ago! Learnt so much about the industry plus details of what actually happened to our ‘generations’. So good to hear someone who has been hard done by not being angry or bitter but readily forgiving the mistreatments by understanding human behaviour as being intrinsically selfish (as opposed to people being evil). I’m struggling with that.
I remembered first time we see bhuti Thami on our screen through generations we went crazy 💃💃💞, thanks for being practical about art industry let's hope one day things will change 🙏🙏
I thoroughly enjoyed this episode and can't wait for part 2 😊 the way he described his dad, I totally can relate. Thank you for always bringing the best people and I hope you can swap seats 1 day and we get to hear your stories King David 🎉🎉
Damn the acting industry sounds like a hectic place to find yourself in. Salute to the actors for still producing magic even under all that pressure. Also thank God we have podcasts where ppl can come and speak the truth so that we are fully aware of what they go through, sometimes we judge these celebs too harshly not fully understanding the circumstances they live under.
@@kingdavidstudio1 funny how as I read your comment, in my head I have that voice "welcome, it's good to have you here " playing. Thank you for enlightening interviews, always.
This podcast ya Bra David Mashabela is what made me I fell in love with Podcast and Chill 2 years back. Interviews people who are random and hearing their incredible stories. Now Podcast and Chill it's now a platform being used to clear rumours. I didn't see this one coming🥹 Bra Dave can we get Mam Sakhina from Morning Live on SABC 2. She looks very very interesting and I feel she's got a story to tell. 🙏🏽
I truly enjoyed this interview. Thami is so well spoken and I loved how he took responsibility for his own actions in his personal life. I wish to see him more on our screens. Beautiful interview❤
King David I know you reading alot of our messages But this conversation brought my heart down cause surfing through talent is the most difficult part of our lives,I bow with respect to Thami and your team
That Mfundi is a greedy heartless man, that is why i couldn't believe it when Winnie & them gave him some award at those soapie awards. The more I hear what he did to the guys the more I dislike him. I also gave Connie Ferguson a side eye when she went back
When you spoke about cheating that is exactly how I was thanking for putting it exactly the way it is, and the fact that you realised you picked it somewhere.
same here, infact I stopped watching TV because Generations was my favourite soapie of them ol by tht time & it made me realise that i lost too much time investing on something tht doesn't even add value towards my growth 📈🙆🏽♂️ the owners are just milking lot of money n give ice to the ones who bring entertainment & do ol the work.. when they get home the ice melts 🚮 they cud've gave the stars the money they deserve nd continue delivering good show instead of coming up with The legacy whatwhat..
We need to hear alot from this guy. Lomjita can articulate very well
Bro! Listened to him and I'm not tired 🥰
I totally agree.....I enjoyed listening to him so much!
This is why I fully believe that Fundi Mvudla is part of the reason Menzi Ngubane’s condition got worse. I definitely despise him.
A very Thank you to David to keep re introducing us to our Stars ⭐ ⭐ ...
A very well deserved respect for your great contributions, we're blessed to have you in our life time💕
this guy is very smart ,I wish he can a podcast as well! very skilled in terms of communication
David is just a brilliant interviewer, "childlike" questions and comments but somehow bring out more and more from the guest! Just amazing.
One of The Best Interviews I've Listened To! He's So Well Articulated. Looking Forward To Part 2
I last watched Generations back then.
😢😢😢
Me too.
Thami is so smart. He can also make you fully understand what he's talking about. King David got the best out of him with his ways of communicating with the guests❤🙌
Wish they could do part 3. I enjoyed the interview
I could listen to Thami every day all day. Thanks King David for the beautiful interview ❤
Thami Mngqolo is so articulate and smart. How anyone can have the gull to exploit someone so talented and smart is beyond me.
The gatekeepers of the industry can because they are connected... Soooo sad
You mean the broadcaster?!!
The tswana and sotho switch in between the conversation is impressive.
He has put it all into perspective...I certainly cannot wait for part 2. Thami is a great actor. The characters Senzo and Jason are the first thing that come to my mind ,at the mention of " Generations

Bra Dave, I really didn’t want this to end… please upload part 2. 1:44:02 Man, that hits home.
Wisdom wisdom wisdom, this podcast is edutainment and informative...Thami very smart man....all the best.
I certainly have learned so much about the entertainment industry and how to navigate through the highs and lows of being an actor here in South Africa; Tnx a lot Thami for sharing your story 🙏🏽❤️

What a wise man. I really respect him.
Thami should be on radio
What happened to Generations needs to be a Netflix special honestly bcoz most people don't understand what happened and the structure of our entertainment industry bcoz. What Sabc is doing is BS and they know it!! Maybe it would encourage all Sabc employees, production and actors to change the system it's compulsory!!
Can it be called surviving Vundla 😅
Maybe on a bigger scale it's sabc, but I think this was about Mfundi Vundla and his production and his contracts.
Problem is there's talent that is being looked after and some aren't... And the ones being taken care of will never be part of that movement and they the once needed the most to show these production companies a middle finger... We end up with talented people not being cast because they deemed as trouble makers just because they called out bad behaviour
I still think it's an industry problem and not Mfundi but a documentary would work! Netflix come on!
It's not a Mfundi Vundla problem it's an Sabc problem. The broadcaster sets budgets for the production company who then set the budget for everything. David must have Mfundi after we hear from d actors😂😂😂
That would be useless. Producers and broadcasters will always claim innocence because of this unregulated industry that enables them to do as they please. The real problem here is an unregulated industry. It's a free for all and boy it has gone on for too long.
Its sad what these guys are subjected to. Actors deserve more.
Wow! That’s Senzo moes. I didn’t recognise him at first 😅 Long time no see
Edit: Wow! He’s so relatable. Can’t wait for part 2 ❤
Quiet an orator and eloquent young man.

Insightful interview. Definitely a documentary is warranted. 💯
Great interview!
I enjoy this channel
Generation did dirty to the late Menzi Ngubane....
I enjoyed Thami wow what a guy
Definitely a beautiful interview ❤
where is part 2? I really enjoyed this conversation
The guy is so articulate and smart💯
Brilliant interview but we need to talk about how the production companies exploit the actors. Mfundi Vundla owes these actors their money.
Like how speaks.
Like how he speaks.
He's favourite word 'absolutely' 😂 . He is very articulate ey
😂😂😂😂
That Mfundi is a greedy heartless man, that is why i couldn't believe it when Winnie & them gave him some award at those soapie awards. The more I hear what he did to the guys the more I dislike him. I also gave Connie Ferguson a side eye when she went back
I also didn't know his name, I just saw Senzo..... he is very well spoken.
Jason! Senzo! Niyenzani?!!

When you spoke about cheating that is exactly how I was thanking for putting it exactly the way it is, and the fact that you realised you picked it somewhere.
This guy is smart. Very wise
Senzo❤
This guy is so smart
After listening to this interview can you please interview Senzo Radebe about the type cast roles he acts.
I supported the Generations 16 and I have never watched Generations The legacy and to this day I find no interest in it.
