      I don’t actually measure or track like this. I try to just consume some everyday in smoothies, soups, supplemental form, etc

      What vitamin C do you consider to be the best. Are freshly pressed lemon good enough? Or are the better source's ?

      ​@@Vivungisport never take the vit ascorbic acid. That’s poison. Take the REAL VIT C: L-ascorbic acid! Make sure it has the L!

      Definitely good but I prefer to use fresh ginger thinly sliced in hot water, with a squeeze of lime and touch of honey. If you really want to go for it, add a touch of cinnamon. 👍
