Don’t be tooo excited..Born and raised of native blood and I’ve worked there almost 20 years AND THEY ARE ALL ABOUT CHARGING YOU FOR ALOHA which that should be free! They only care about Your wallet and cater to You depending how much Your worth..because managers will Google You to see how much You make. If You make 100000000 a year,You’ll get the God treatment BUT IF YOU SAVED UP ALL YOUR LIFE FOR THIS TRIP THEN YOU GET THE PHEASANT TREATMENT EXCEPT FOR ONE MEAL BECAUSE THEY WANT YOU TO COME BACK! TRUE STORY
Excellent review of a fabulous place, but if you want something almost as good at a much lower price try the Mauna Lani Resort up the coast a bit. Two golf courses (South Course is best) with several water holes and lots of lava.
I’ve been enjoying your golf channel and saw that you were just Hualalai and Kohanaiki. I live and work on the big island, selling real estate in most of the resorts and play golf on a fairly regular basis. If you’re ever looking for more information, just let me know. Awesome, will do! And I actually had rental clubs for my Hualalai rounds - but on the previous trip I did use Arccos for a round at Kohanaiki. And still love it over 300 rounds later. Definitely recommend.
Pretty Funny! I have bad ownerships buying up resorts and flying in workers and pushing out HAWAIIAN blooded people! Then these same billionaires use Rob Kildow to buy homes in palasades to waikoloa to house these over seas workers purposely to save money and buy our foreclosure homes when Hawaiians get pushed out of high paying jobs!! I'm making sure I'm exposing all of this on every Hawaiian thread I find and making a pod cast within the next month to tear down these BAD OWNERSHIP WHO HIRE BAD MANAGEMENT COMPANIES
There's a semi-man made Ocean Pool that has rocks around it creating a breakwater - that whole area is sand and is great for swimming. To be honest, I didnt go in the ocean in other areas of the resort, so I cant say for certain. But if I had to guess, I'd guess a lot of those other areas are rocky.

Opposite of all inclusive. I was spending about $3k/day between basic room and food sans excursions for 2 people.
Rather go to the Mauna Kea...for around 800-1000 dollars less a night. Four Seasons beach is rocky...frankly sucks.
