Thank You! That's cool that the transaction rules work well! Empower tries to learn but you can't write manual rules. I'll be doing a comparison of all the personal finance softwares I've tried soon, laying out the options and my thoughts :)
I loved Mint, they really dropped the ball with CK. I changed over to Empower out of frustration. MM looks interesting and good overview, but I'll personally stick with Empower for my needs which is more investment and net worth tracking.
MM looks like a good all-rounder: my use case is transaction categories over stock tracking. But right now MM won't play with Aussie bank feeds (YNAB will for ~ $20 premium). Manual entry is a chore. If it did sync with global banks I'd consider it.
It seems they ended the Mint 50 coupon code at the end of June 2024. Now just offering 7 day free trial, and then the normal $99/year.
Bummer! Well, they did run the promo for a while at least

Thank You! 😀
Great video, would you be able to make a comparison against empower? Also the rule feature for transaction of monarch is pretty sweet

Exactly the same for me!

That's too bad it doesn't work in Australia, thanks for commenting so that people know!
i switched from MINT early on to Monarch. Great software.
Nice! Glad you like it! What's your favorite thing about it?
Any options for the UK?
Good question! I'll try taking a look at non-US software in the future! Thank you!
