FOREIGN WORKERS IN CANADA WITH EXPIRING WORK PERMITS, EXTENDED IN ORDER TO GET PERMANENT RESIDENCY

This video is about the 6,700 foreign workers n the province of Manitoba Canada with expiring work permits this year 2024 who were granted 2 year extension while their application for permanent residency are still in process.
Most of these workers are former international student and are under poet graduation work permit, have signed up for the Expression of Interest in the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program Skilled Workers Stream.
Due to the long process of the PNP and the limit for Manitoba PR allocations, their applications are taking longer to be processed.
Immigration Minister Marc Miller's approval states that:
This temporary public policy will make it possible for students to get a province-specific open work permit in Manitoba with a validity if up to 2 years,
They are holders of PGWP and are eligible to apply to the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) and who have submitted a valid MPNP Expression of Interest profile prior to May 10, 2024, are eligible for open work permit.

pano po ba pag sa jobbank ka nag apply! direct hired ka at natanggap ka ng employers mo! Kailangan mo paba na mag hanap ng agency sa pinas? o sila na po ba ang magbigay sayo ng agency? Ask lang po ate😊🙏

Usually ang employer na ang may agency or.consultant. Pero meron din ibang employer na walang agency at ikaw ang kukuha at magbabayad pero madalang yun. Sasabihin naman yan ng employer .

Hi sis, kung ikaw lang ang mag aapply like vistor or work permit, hindi need ng birth certificate ng anak. Pero kung isasama mo ang anak mo application for visitor or permanent resident, yes need ng birth certificate nya. Good luck.

Adrian dahil may US visa ka qualified ka fir ETA to Canada, online lang ang pagkuha $7 ang fee , done in few minutes. Then you can come to Canada as visitor. If you want to find a job, medyo mahirap for visitor kase nga maraming dumating at need oa ng LMIA. Until Feb 2025 ang policy for visitors to find jib and get a work permit.
