Very true. He’s my family through marriage. A very humble and exceptional businessman. He also developed Nigeria’s first oil refinery several years ago.
@@trueshineceo He did all these through working with the corrupt Nigerian government, exploiting the natural resources that belongs to all Nigerians, monopoly and he does not have the intelligence to innovate anything new. Sorry to bust your bubble, but all of Dangote’s wealth is via govt orchestrated monopoly in commodities such as Cement. Credit to him for taking advantage, but for the monopoly and subsidies he enjoys from government, he charges one of the highest prices for things like cement.

In Nigerians case is a monopoly that's why they are less billionaires here but that will change in a decade but there's one thing for sure billionaires in Africa don't like to be on forbes
This Forbes video on how Africa's billionaires make their money is very informative, particularly in highlighting the relatively low number of billionaires on the continent compared to other regions. With only 19 billionaires, Africa's economy presents enormous opportunities for growth and investment. It is worth considering that many investors see the UK as a particularly attractive destination for deploying capital into sustainable income-producing investments. With a stable economic and political environment, as well as a robust legal system and favourable tax policies, the UK presents a strong case for centi-millionaires from Africa to explore investment opportunities that can offer long-term value and stability.
There’s definitely more then 19 billionaires in Africa. When you factor in presidents, former presidents and top government officials that number goes up even further.
