That Trump wrench looks great! It's from my home town of Boston. I like restoring H.K.Porter tools that were made at their Boston plant where my dad worked. Ihave many types of cutters bolt, tree limb and cable cutters from 1906 to 1988. I just finished one from 1909 and one from 1950s. I use Dupicolor engine enamel for my tools. I think its appropriate because they made train engines back in the day!
That’s absolutely superb what you have done there, crisp masking off, good polishing out of seams and great paint coverage & lots of fettling, really makes a difference. I personally think Rigid, looking at this design compared to the one they copied really soothed it out & made it a lot more rounded and contoured, subtly but a lot more ergonomically and aesthetically attractive, nice job👍👍👍🏴
The paint job is just beautiful. I have also used the Chevy orange and have been very happy with it. Also like what you did with the Ridgid letters! Thanks
Wrench turned out great, that paint is really nice........I just checked their website and they have over 30 color choices of the ceramic engine paint.
Looks great John. Being a Plumber myself I have used that wrench for years. They also have a hex version which I am sure you have one also. Beautiful paint job!
The inside top jaw of mine is not machined flat, just managed to see from your video that yours is nice and flat and and a painted rough surface isn't part of the design - thanks!
Lovely job sir
Great job! The Chevrolet orange looks great! I like the flattened and sanded Ridgid lettering!
Thanks for the nice compliment
That’s a good looking wrench John. Love the color! 😃👍🏼

Got here quick as I could The Orange paint is so nice and smooth I like that brand of paint and have used it on engines
Beautiful job John! Duplicolor also makes a lacquer Paint that doesn’t hold up well on tools. Enamel is the way to go! 😃👍
Thank you John
Get well soon John! Praying for you 👍🏼
