Thirdly, your nervous system needs to recover just like your muscle. And NS recovery takes a lot longer then muscle. Without a fully recovered NS, the brain can not communicate with muscle effectively thereby stunting recovery and growth. RUclips doesn't give you all the gyaan. Do your research and apply what you learn to see what works best for you.

Yeah start with 12 sets then go progressive overload to 20 sets/w/muscle group. It's easy I am currently at this volume.
