Ive placed an order for the ZX and having front suspension fitted by your guys too. Everyone I spoke to in the shop has been awesome. Can’t wait to get it
"Bigger" doesn't adequately describe the frame size. I do appreciate that it's "aluminium" however. My AKEZ S1(steel frame) dual battery and full front and rear suspension tips the scale at over 80 kilos. I would definitely upgrade to the throttle. I would love to add a motor on the front and a 52V battery, but I'll have to make some tradeoffs for the additional weight. The best thing about these bikes is they're so much FUN to ride. I can go on adventures to places that were not doable before. I'm going to try "bike camping" this summer, for the first time. Happy Trails to Everyone. Cincinnati, Ohio USA
Liked and subbed, great review. I will ping you guys a mail as I had a look at this one at the Fullycharged show but did not get time to ride it. Would love to see how this one works for getting to work and back on my 20mile round trip. Keep up the good videos.
hi dude, greetings from peru :) ; i really do love your videos and content and i want your opinion on my next purchase: the vsett 10+ or the kaboo wolf warrior x pro, i really would like you to help to make this decision, best of luck in your future projects :)
Thank you! Two great scooters you are looking at. Vsett is faster acceleration with nicer suspension and the X is nippy, fun to ride and stable!! Hope it helps!
hi, they don't come with an official waterproof rating so there was no spec to offer and we hadn't ridden it long enough to see if there would be water issues. We have been selling them for ages now and haven't had any issues with water ingress at all 🙌🙌
I know they advertise up to 6'7 to ride this but if you're just under 6ft I mean your legs already have half the extension they should. I'm 6'2 I'd love to buy one of these but it's the pedal comfort that puts me off. Good review though cheers.
6'2,240. In the US where the XZ is sold w/o lights or fenders. I know it's not as pretty or as fast, but I think it might be more comfortable and functional but wondering about the Addmotor M-70. Seems because sold with free Amazon shipping looking at $500 cheaper and a return window. Slower with the smaller 750w motor on the m-70 vs 1350w on the XZ, but somehow i don't think I'm gonna ever ride much faster than 25mph. the M-70 is also aluminum and comes with gears, lights and turn signals. but again, nowhere as attractive.
@@RIDEGLIDE Hi. According to this expert - "are e-bikes with throttle illegal? At the start of 2016 the rules were changed so that the throttle can only be used without pedalling upto 4 mph. However, so long as the pedals are moving round you can use the throttle to take you right up to the maximum speed of 15.5 mph. A lot of people think that the throttle has been out-lawed - but it has not"
Cool video 👍 Would apreciate if you could tell us a little more about how efficient the mud guards are? The part where you rode on the beach in the water should give a perfect indication. I talked to super73 customer service and they actually said the mud guards are not that efficient and you still get dirt/mud/water on you which I find surprising. Can you please confirm or deny? It's the main thing holding me back from buying one...that and whether or not you can fit a small child as a passenger (I was thinking putting foot pegs up front and having the child sit in front instead of holding on at the back). Much appreciated!
Sorry for the late reply! The fenders worked really well with very little water getting on the rider! You would definitely be able to ride with a child on but obviously size, weight and making sure its safe is crucial 👍
Loving how the UK website spells Aluminium with one 'I' and puts top speed in Km/hr when we use miles per hr over here, not to mention spells customise with a Z. Is this what British English is resorting too? Spelling like Americans and international English?
It's really weird. When I was a schoolkid, the lower class came to school on a MT, they modified the engine, and they often ran 80km/h and faster, and after 4 years they went to a school for mechanics. We as intelligent girls thought what an idiots, but they were not in our classrooms, so no big deal, and today they run all kind of maintance firms. Nowadays, the classmates of my follow ups (I teach) with rich parents and smart brains, 13 Pro Max in the worn pocket of their skinny jeans are the idiots: they drive a Super73. they look like clowns. 2m tall, whimpy BMI, knees in their armpits. Be cool and get a gas moped from 73. Then you can at least bring your girl home or even drive her to the beach. O no, no tech skills at all. This Super73 thing dies after a short drive. They only get a bag of crisps with it in a skipped hour.... To use their own language: Cringe. Get a walk. Or train your thighs on a real bicycle, so you don't spend your supermarket earned money on the gym.
Got mine today from you guys! Quick and great service, great bike and love the hat! Look forward to spending a lot of fun times on this beast!
Got it last june here in redondo beach, CA and it's the best thing I've ever bought in my life. Going out on it again tomorrow.
Great to hear, such a cool bike 🙌🙌

You love a good wheelie I've noticed
And a skid 🤣🤣🤣
@@RIDEGLIDE If you want skids in your pants then let us know and we will bring our S1 bike down to you and let you have a go on it, lol! 🤣🤣🤣🤣
The camera person is the real hero😅. What are they riding?
Onewheel!! 🙌🙌
Great review! We want the Victor put thru the paces…please
its coming 🦾
You should review the Ariel Rider 52V ebike next!
In first 2 minutes I am convinced this is my next bike. But for now, I am going to build seat extension. It will solve 98% of my problems with ZG.
If they did it in orange, I would be right on it!
@@orange73 I have to either get a custom spray OR clip on orange conduit in certain places as homage to the ZG.
Hope you got sorted!!! 🙌🙌
@@RIDEGLIDE Still working on seat extension. Haven't rode my bike in at least 12 months.

I feel so good just by watching it! Cool review!
haha thanks so much 🙌
What sort of suspension can you fit to this ?
Great review, nice job!
Thanks 🙌
Got the zooz 750 4 months ago from yourself but looking at this zx makes me think if i made a mistake and should of got that 😫
I like this one piece how much and location?
£2499 and the South coast of England!
When will the storm grey be back in stock?
They are not making them anymore unfortunately but we have one left that will be listed shortly. 👍
That bike looks great ....i feel it would be awkward to pedal if the battery failed..
Not bad on flat ground, especially with the gears but hills are not so fun! 👍
Is it possble to mount a child/baby seat on the bike?
Awesome review and overview 👍
Thanks!

How's it on hills? does it recharge the battery while going down hills? thanks
Its obviously not built as an off road bike but its great on the hills around here!! 👍
Quality content!
Considering getting one how waterproof is it? Surprised you haven’t mentioned much about it since we’re in the uk

@@billydonnelly7378 Good point. Cheers
If I was on level 2 on the app would a throttle over ride it to max or would it cut out?
Throttle would be mode four so always at its full power 👍
That’s not the tyres that come with the ZX , according to the eu super 73 website ?
There are 2 types depending on what is in stock!

You didn't mention a throttle and l didn't see any. Does it have one. At this price it would be ridiculous if it doesn't.
There is a throttle kit available, but unfortunately it is not legal to ride on UK roads with it installed 😔

So it’s worth getting the ZX over the Z1?
Top speed?
15mph in road legal mode and up to 28mph with throttle for use on private land
@@RIDEGLIDE could I keep road legal mode off? In FL we don't have strict laws.

GREY AND BLACK BLEAU!!! YOU HAVE TO BE VISIBVLE -- GO BRIGHT!!! SEAT IS WAAAAAY TO LOW FOR PEDALLING W/O CAUSING FATIGUE AND/OR BACK INJURY.
With the pedal assist you just kick back and cruise 😀👍
