- With just 48 hours in Ho Chi Minh City, I gotta make every moment count! you bet, I'm making time for this famous pho, even if I've just had coffee and cake. you see, when it comes to food, I don't mess around. Got to seize every opportunity for a good food, am I right?
If you're into pork innards, you gotta try this spot in Ho Chi Minh City. I'm a huge fan of pork kidney, and let me tell you, I haven't had noodles this good in ages. The noodles have that perfect combo of crunchy and chewy, and the pork kidney? Oh man, it's cooked just right, no funky smell at all.
Plus, they've got an English menu, so ordering is just pointing to what you want. I went for the dry based with yellow noodles and kidney, and it only set me back 70k VND, which is like $2.80. Totally worth it. I'm still dreaming about it!

I just returned from a 3 week medical tourism visit in Ho Chi Minh City. The food was the best I ever experienced and the medical and dental was better than Thailand and that says a lot. BUT Saigon was to intense for me with respect to the number of motor bikes and vibe of the city and if am honest I felt bored and disconnected after 7-10 days. Would I live in Ho Chi Minh City? No Way!
That coffee shop looked interesting. Based on the name of the cake you had I'm guessing it had Earl Grey tea in it.
