Not necessarily. Often times in order for us to evolve and find genuine flow and joy in life, our habits, thoughts, actions, words, routines, and so forth should be more aligned. Also, our tribe is our vibe, so we must be cautious about who we allow into our space since others may affect our mood and our progress. Everything needs balance. Too much overindulgence in anything can become an issue. Moderation is key. This seems to be what came through in that message. I hope this helps. 😊
