I didnt know how to deal with the overwhelming rage, hatred , anguish, despair, for yrs and wished bad upon because inwas drowning in those emotions losing my sleep. but now it's taking all my strength to stop wishing bad upon her. The betrayal was overwhelming since i was 2nd mom to her since i was 10. She is manipulative and projects her own negative traits onto me telling crush and others that I have her qualities to ruin my reputation so he can dislike me so she can feel powerful over me. She recorded our fight to show him that im rageful abusive bully when she triggered my anger by stepping on my boundaries. I only get angry when I'm disrespected and abused.
