I started doing this workout this week. Today is my fourth day and I lost 1kg. I totally hate fire hydrant, it hurts so much. But I still love this workout. Iam not a morning person so this is a treasure to me. Everyone needs to find this video. Go for it, don't lose motivation and do it every night. I’ve never really liked working out especially alone but I want to be in better shape and I want to get to a place where I can really love my body. I definitely couldn’t 100% keep up for this first time but when it ended I was so surprised it was already over! I’ve never wanted to do more. Thanks for the motivation!

Thank you for making this quick night time routine. I have struggled with my weight since I was in school and now I'm 30 it's getting harder and harder to loose the pounds. I've committed myself to doing this daily before bed for at least one month if not for much longer to build a healthy routine, today was day two, bring it on!!
Lol no way. Injuries can be prevented by listening to your body and never pushing too hard, too fast or for too long regardless of what exercise or pose you do 🥰

Something weird that I do is doing duolingo lessons while walking around in my flat. If learning a language is fun for you you can do that or revise vocabulary while jogging on the spot! Also, drinking water before breakfast boosts your metabolism, as does light exercise.

@@Amal_roblox-v4f it was so long ago lol 😂 sorry i completely forgot to do this, i found it didn’t really make any difference at all, but if u do it for like more than a week u would probably notice a difference, if i took my measurements now it wouldn’t be accurate bc its been such a long time so i’m not going to but i would say it didn’t really do anything. thats just my experience tho it might be different for others idk 🤷♀️

Thank you for making this quick night time routine. I have struggled with my weight since I was in school and now I'm 30 it's getting harder and harder to loose the pounds. I've committed myself to doing this daily before bed for at least one month if not for much longer to build a healthy routine, today was day two, bring it on!!

Lol no way. Injuries can be prevented by listening to your body and never pushing too hard, too fast or for too long regardless of what exercise or pose you do 🥰
I am going to do this to see how much weight I lose:
Start weight: 105 lbs.
Day 1: a bit hard 😓 but I did it!
Day 2: I didn’t do this yesterday, but I managed to do it today fine, I will weigh in tomorrow morning.
Day 3: going strong, weighed in at 101.6 lb this morning, proud of myself!
Day 4: I did it!
Day 5: hi, sorry, I was so busy with studying for the past couple days, I didn’t even have time to workout, but I made time today just before bed!
Day 6: hi I know studying is a bad excuse sorry I’ll try to keep consistent these next days

Been struggling with my weight, I lost 20 pounds, gained it back from stressing about life and situations came around... it now 1:55am, did this video, the end has me weak xD
I have no idea what my starting weight is, I just know I'm overweight, but I want to keep doing this before bed. It helps to put those negative thoughts aside and now hopefully I'll fall asleep.

One of my favorite workouts, I use ankle and wrist weights and do this in the morning…way too much before bed for me…one of my go to favorites…try it.

Something weird that I do is doing duolingo lessons while walking around in my flat. If learning a language is fun for you you can do that or revise vocabulary while jogging on the spot! Also, drinking water before breakfast boosts your metabolism, as does light exercise.
Quarantine workout : I am 1.60m tall, weight 48.8kg After a week I will send my weight again :) (guys I eat sugar and all the time so that could influence my results:) 24.3.20-> 🌿 did it. 26.3.20-> 🧺 couldn’t. 27.3.20-> 🌿 did it. 28.3.20-> 🌿 did it. 29.3.20-> 🌿 did it. 30.3.20-> 🧺 didn’t. 31.3.20-> 🧺 didn’t. (god I hate me sometimes 😂). 2.4.20 -> 🌿 did it. First week results: 47.9kg :) -900g (like I said i eat shit and do other workouts of her also .. those two things can influence the results). // ending it for now bit will come back//
Be careful with going too low on weight! I'm the same height and weight as you and I think it's a bit low to be honest haha
