    Normally I'm on the phone before sleeping, but I think trying to switch to some light exercise would help with sleep patterns. Will give it a go this week thanks for the routine lena 👍

      Yes! Definitely 😊 I heard that the light from screens can keep you up at night and disrupt normal sleep patterns 😆 I don't usually have trouble falling asleep, but sometimes need to do a chill workout and pop a L-Theanine when my mind gets restless~ Let me know how this one goes for y'all ❤

    I did this everyday with breaks for 2 weeks and im losing weight if i do this when i eat less
    Im 55 now, i think i did this for a week regularly and had a break then did 2 days and a break. Now im doing it regularly every night its been 4 days in a row
    And i did get used to it,its addictive now
    Like so i can remember to update

    I'm doing a few of your workouts and I'm hoping to be skinnier by the end of quarantine. I'd say I'm not really overweight, just not the weight I want to be. It seems to be working for everyone else so I'm really excited for this.

    Starting Weight: 115 lbs
    Day 1✅: Pretty simple workout! I like it
    Day 2✅: Yee yee I feel great
    Day 3✅: Let's goooo
    Day 4✅: Heck yea
    Day 5✅: Wooooo
    Day 6✅: So easy
    Day 7✅: My waist has become a bit thinner period 😼
    Day 8✅: It gets easier by the days

    Day 10✅: I was very lazy today, but I went through it !

    DAY 1: it hurts a little but feels good we will see if there are results tmrw
    DAY 2: lost 1 kilo (weight = 50.4kg) kind of tired but feel amazing

      I have so many dreams but i have one weird and fav dream. I was dreaming thet Min YoonGi (from BTS XD) is 14 years old and JimIn (from BTS too XD) is 12 years old. They were friends and Yoongi have to watch JimIn becouse his parents were on buisness diner with Yoongi's parents and the dream is very long but i remember that JimIn was cute like a baby. I wont tell very much from this dream becouse its very boring but i know that JimIn was punching Yoongi and was running like Naruto lol

      I really love I’m not so exhausted after your workouts and I’m still burning a lot of calories 🥰 I used to do very hard exercises, I was very tired and hungry, and i wasn’t burning so much calories😕😳, i know i won’t have bulky legs after your workouts😃 so if you want i can send you in 2 or 3 months my before and after photos, (i need to lose about 15kgs-my BMI now is 25 🥶), you could use my before and after pictures in some of your videos if you want (it always motivates me when i see weightloss pictures in workout videos😀) , and also sorry for my english, it’ s not my first language

    I started doing this workout this week. Today is my fourth day and I lost 1kg. I totally hate fire hydrant, it hurts so much. But I still love this workout. Iam not a morning person so this is a treasure to me. Everyone needs to find this video. Go for it, don't lose motivation and do it every night. You will love it and you will improve your health, body and even your optimism will rise. I totally approve this workout... ps. Sorry for my english. I am from Czech Republic 😅

    I’ve never really liked working out especially alone but I want to be in better shape and I want to get to a place where I can really love my body.     Thank you for making this quick night time routine. I have struggled with my weight since I was in school and now I'm 30 it's getting harder and harder to loose the pounds. I've committed myself to doing this daily before bed for at least one month if not for much longer to build a healthy routine, today was day two, bring it on!!

      Lol no way. Injuries can be prevented by listening to your body and never pushing too hard, too fast or for too long regardless of what exercise or pose you do 🥰

    I am going to do this to see how much weight I lose:
    Start weight: 105 lbs.
    Day 1: a bit hard 😓 but I did it!
    Day 2: I didn’t do this yesterday, but I managed to do it today fine, I will weigh in tomorrow morning.
    Day 3: going strong, weighed in at 101.6 lb this morning, proud of myself!
    Day 4: I did it!
    Day 5: hi, sorry, I was so busy with studying for the past couple days, I didn’t even have time to workout, but I made time today just before bed!
    Day 6: hi I know studying is a bad excuse sorry I’ll try to keep consistent these next days

    Been struggling with my weight, I lost 20 pounds, gained it back from stressing about life and situations came around... it now 1:55am, did this video, the end has me weak xD
    I have no idea what my starting weight is, I just know I'm overweight, but I want to keep doing this before bed. It helps to put those negative thoughts aside and now hopefully I'll fall asleep.

    I'm about six days in, this workout is going great for me! I usually give up after a few days but this one is just the right level of challenging. My mom says my face looks thinner.

    Just finished this workout. I'm proud to be a new workout buddy 😂🤗 I already have a plan for tomorrow, I'll start with 20 min Cardio and i am also going to do your Love Handle and Tiny Waist workout. I actually don't enjoy working out but I really had fun, especially with the music 👌

    One of my favorite workouts, I use ankle and wrist weights and do this in the morning…way too much before bed for me…one of my go to favorites…try it.

    I’m doing the 2week shred challenge starting the 6th of February and looking for some workouts to ease me into the workouts this will be perfect I’m going to do a workout on the morning then before I go to sleep I’m going to go on the egg diet and hopefully will be happy with my weight by the end of it me and my friend will be doing these together I’m only a little bit overweight but I just want to be happy with the way my stomach looks so I’m more confident thanks I’ll try this

    • i am 145 pounds (65.7 kgs) and i am 5’5 (165 cm)
    • my waist is 29 inches
    • i am also doing 16:8 (11am-7pm)
    day one: i really like it!
    day two: still really enjoy it!
    day three: it’s already getting easier! i seriously love this workout.
    day four: done! it’s 1 am so i’m exhausted but still did it!
    day five: done!
    day six: done!! i ate kind of bad today for my brothers birthday but it’s ok to have a cheat day!!
    day seven: i did other work outs today and omg i’m exhausted but done!
    waist and weight check in: i don’t have measuring tape right now but i’m 141 pounds!!!
    day eight: done and feel good! i really love this easy and quick exercise
    day nine: i only got halfway through because i’m tired and have school tomorrow lol i worked out a lot today already
    day ten: i’m exhausted from school but done! also doing this at 1:30 am
    day eleven: it’s literally 2:40 am wtf anyway i’m done!
    day twelve: done! i really hope i can get to my goal weight by june!
    day thirteen: done!

      Something weird that I do is doing duolingo lessons while walking around in my flat. If learning a language is fun for you you can do that or revise vocabulary while jogging on the spot! Also, drinking water before breakfast boosts your metabolism, as does light exercise.

    Quarantine workout : I am 1.60m tall, weight 48.8kg After a week I will send my weight again :) (guys I eat sugar and all the time so that could influence my results:) 24.3.20-> 🌿 did it. 26.3.20-> 🧺 couldn’t. 27.3.20-> 🌿 did it. 28.3.20-> 🌿 did it. 29.3.20-> 🌿 did it. 30.3.20-> 🧺 didn’t. 31.3.20-> 🧺 didn’t. (god I hate me sometimes 😂). 2.4.20 -> 🌿 did it. First week results: 47.9kg :) -900g (like I said i eat shit and do other workouts of her also .. those two things can influence the results). // ending it for now bit will come back//
