    • Full Size Glock 17 - 9x19mm, Glock 22 - .40 S&W & Glock 31 -- 357 SIG - .40 S&W
    • Glock 19X Gen 5
    • Compatible with TRUGLO® TFX
    Micro RONI Gen 4 is also available for the following Pistols:
    • Micro Roni for Glock 20, 21
    • Micro Roni for Glock 26, 27
    • Micro Roni for Beretta APX
    • Micro Roni for CZ P07 and CZ P09
    • Micro Roni for CZ P10C
    ** Does not fit any Glock RTF with "Fish Gills"
    *** Not compatible with Glock 17 / 19 GEN 1 & 2!
    **** Not compatible with compensated "C" models!
    And right from YRSInc website:
    You've heard of the Glock Carbine Conversion Kit called Micro Roni Stab, people have said that it is one of the best upgrades for your Glock, and now you are interested in getting more information about it, to understand what does it do and how does it helps you with using your Glock? Well, my friend, you came to the right place! here you can find all the information about the Glock Carbine Conversion Kit from CAA Gear Up - the Micro Roni Stab for Glock 17,22,31.
    The Micro Roni Stab for Glock Conversion Kit is a great option to use if you want to be better with your self-defense skills, it can be used in various positions and in a perfectly convenient way!
    If you are looking to upgrade your Glock to be more than just a pistol, the micro Roni stab is the perfect fit, it is fast transforming and it gives a lot of advantages that are described below!
    With the Glock Carbine Conversion Kit, you can use your pistol and feel like you are holding a rifle with benefits.
    Here is the description of all of the features and a warranty that comes with it:
    •Equipped with a right-folding stabilizing brace, instead of the original folding stock.
    •Brace is firmly fastened on user’s forearm with an adjustable nylon strap.
    •Provides stability and enhances performance during single-handed shooting.
    •No pistol disassembly required - Just drop it into the kit and lock within seconds.
    •Long Picattiny rail - Allows combining two devices (i.e. red-dot, magnifier or NVG).
    •Two extra right and left Picattiny rails for mounting additional accessories.
    •Ambidextrous, easy and fast cocking handle.
    •Ambidextrous trigger-guard safety.
    •Right and left serrated thumb-rests for better control on recoil and muzzle rise.
    •Front integral tactical light (Optional).
    •A right-folding stock for easy concealment and carry, yet the pistol can be operated (grip, cock, and shoot).•Mill Standard! 10 Years Warranty! Pat-Pending! No Gunsmith Required!
    New, Micro Roni X Stab Gen 4 Features:
    •All Gen 3 Features.
    •Captive Charging Handle - In the other versions, the charging handle could be pulled out with the gun. CAA has received many complains about it and decided to upgrade the kit so the charging handle is locked inside. The charging handle won't fall again.
    •Larger and flared ejection port - allows better ejection, especially of weaker ammunition.
    •Open hatch with access to the pistol's slide-stop.
    •New triangular-shaped barrel shroud - Allows the mounting of CAA "Plus" muzzle accessories: MR-CMP (compensator) and PMD (serves as a flash suppressor, a close-combat tool, and a standard window-breaker).
    •An extended brace which allows a better holding of the Micro Roni. This too, was changed due to many customer requests.
    •Gun Compatibility: the generation four of the Micro Roni is compatible with generation 5 Glocks and Glock 19X. In addition, the previous versions supported Glock 17 or Glock 19 while the Generation 4 supports both of them.
    •Interchangeable front grip which allows you to hold an angled grip (stab version) or mag holder (regular version). CAA may add additional accessories that will connect to the button rail and provide you with additional functionality.
    Also, YRSInc has (at the time this video was uploaded) a launch price for the Micro RONI X Stabilizer Gen 4 of $249 vs. $299 MSRP.

    The forward "trigger guard, spare magazine holder" is mislabeled as a "forward grip". The forward "non-feature" would be part of the trigger guard. It is not a standalone feature as putting your thumb around it is unnatural at best, and at worst, would fill the trigger guard with your off thumb in addition to your index finger. That's why the ATF are not a bunch of idiots. They would never call this a forward hand grip. As for California, they should in fact demand that these non-features be added to such accessories to encourage their use, and to save a perp from the argument who wouldn't use this thing anyways, from the argument, that a shooting was an accident, from the inaccuracy of shooting such a thing ONE-HANDED.
    The lack of verticality (90-degrees) would be irrelevant, which it is by the way, angled (and to a very eaily measured degree. This is why that additional piece would not make this an AOW, and that is why all the other products like this are already deemed to be non-AOW, non-NFA accessories.

    If you have a glock with a stamp i suggest trying the new Fab defense cobra glock stock. I sold my micro roni gen 3 because it baked my slide and would get ridiculously dirty with only 50 rounds through it. I sold mine and went with the stock and vfg. This is half the weight of the Roni, and with a red dot it is a very accurate effective system when shooting on the move .

  • @jmatt145
    @jmatt145 5 лет назад +1

    The concept is great, unfortunately the execution still requires some work. The largest issue is that the charging handle fails to consistently grip the slide on my Glock gen 3 strong enough to allow it to chamber the first round of a new magazine (even with their latest version). The first time I shot one at the range was outdoors on a hot day. Whether due to the temperature combined with the plastic materials used, or some defect in the unit, the charging handle kept slipping over the slide, and would fail to chamber every time. It simply was not strong enough to 'grip' the slide in the right grooves. This is an issue I have read others having as well, but was hoping had been resolved through the newly designed handle with Gen 4. Makes me wonder whether they should not have considered a different material for that charging handle besides plastic, which quickly wears over repeated use. Otherwise, it is still an excellent concept, but there is ample room for improvement (I also had issues installing the sling, but these were resolved through their CS team). Some will reply that you don't need to even use the charging handle, now that the slide release is accessible through the opening- fair enough, but when you spend this much money you want the product to work as advertised.

    • @PacificTacWest
      @PacificTacWest  5 лет назад +1

      Thanks for watching. Sorry your experience with this was what you described. Having shot the majority of the RONI product line I haven't had any issues with the charging handle or failure to fire/load rounds even when shooting in heat or humidity (aside from issues with budget ammo).

      @Curtonamis 4 года назад +3

    • @dippah1

    To address a few misconceptions caaindustries.com is the original Israeli design and the forward mag extension is not a 90 degree grip in relation to the barrel so according to mrgunsandgear’s letter from the ATF it “IS” legal for a pistol (also confirmed by a gun dealer friend of mine).
    I spoke with caagearup.com customer service today where you’ll find the MCK that said they haven’t been affiliated with CAA Industries in about a year or so which after looking at their products leads me to believe they’re base is from the older designs and less innovative, or a reseller if older designs mocked up with interchangeable parts.

    Not sure if they updated it but on the yrsinc website it says gen 4 x version with the removable grips dosent require a SBR tax stamp, and it’s not considered an AOW. I could be wrong but if that’s what they say looks like there’s no worry. Unless they’re only talking about the angled grip part and how if you put on the fore grip then it’s an AOW..and you explained that in the video so I guess I’m repeating myself and in turn sounding dumb idk lol it was confusing on the site.

    so confused, CAA's website sells the MCK, the Glock Store sells the MCK and even did a video on the MCK. Did CAA just go ahead and absorb the rights to the MCK and start selling them as their own because its a better design?

    So let me get this straight. The CAA website shows the MCK. All of the reputable retailers list the MCK as a caa product and I have watched literally over 20 reviews (and several of them are the big time gun reviewers) and this is the first one that says that the MCK is not a CAA product. Some might say something like “latest generation micro Roni, or what they are now calling the “MCK”...”. At any rate, I based my purchase on all of those MCK reviews. Something is wacky here.

    I have recently purchased the MCK for my Glock 21, with just over 225 rounds through it I have experienced concervataly 35% failure to feed. I have used factory mags, after market mags, 10 rounders, 13 rounders and happy sticks and all have the same results. My Glock works flawlessly out of the MCK unit. I will say the groups in the unit out to 20-25 yards are great, but it is unfortunately unreliable so far. I have not used it since I put dry lube in the slide of the MCD, but truthfully I do not expect much from that, and I am quite disappointed to say the least. I bought the whole package so it looks like a wasted $400 from my perspective.

      Had this problem with my RONI. These systems are essentially molded plastic. Take the glock out and look inside the MCK. Run your fingers along the inside anywhere you find some molding lines. take some very fine (I think i used something above 300 grit) and get rid of those mold lines. even if your not feeling mold lines, sand down everything that slide is touching because even the most minute contact can cause problems. I haven't had any FTF or FTE's since. Hope this helps.
