Using a pistol with threaded barrel in the MCK
Love mine‼️💙 Just got the mck Gen 2.0 for my Glock 22 Gen 5 and it’s so smooth the way it fits and slides.
Can’t wait to go to the range with it 😎
With red dot it is a lot of fun at the range

I think the thread protector keeps the barrel from tilting. Because when you ram the Glock forward, it can go inside the plastic barrel cover of the MCK. But if you try to rack the slide and the barrel starts to tilt, the thread protector is too wide for the MCK's channel. Short version: no tilt? No cycle.
I'm glad I stumbled on your video. I have a supposed CAA quick release adapter on it's way from ebay. I wondered if a standard quick release would work. Someone else said yes. They were wrong. I'm waiting on the S&W version. I've been anticipating how the cocking handle grooves are going to be since the S&W has a funky "racking" cutout pattern. Great video.
I am debating getting a M&P version, once I get M&P 2.0... Please let me know what you find out? One other viewer owner of Sig P320 version had problems with MCK damaging this gun... Hope that does not happen with M&P version
@@PracticalWeapons Yeah, I was reading that. I'm hoping they just sent him the wrong chassis. Everyone uses Glocks even with the new models and it is discouraging hearing about his issue.
I bought a quick release adapter that is a generic version but it doesn't work on my CAA Micro Roni
@@PracticalWeapons I just found your comment. My MCK came in. My 5" M&P did not fit. Salesman was too stupid to know this. They also did not send me all the parts I bought and payed for. They also stole $88 from me as a restock fee AFTER I turned them into the BBB for not refunding me after weeks of waiting. All of this because the main salesman I spoke with on 2 occasions did not know what he was selling. Horrible experience. Beautiful weapon system. Thieves running the company. They call a full size weapon what everybody in the free world calls compact.
Wow, that is not as good experience. I did not have to contact support so far.

My G19 also has a threaded barrel - just needed to remove the thread protector. If you get MCK 2.0 that step might not even be needed.
Yes.and according to there website it will accept with compensator on and still functional.

S friend of mine just bought mck gen 2 for his gen4 glock 19, it fits with threaded barrell
I was glad to see you do a video with a threaded barrel, I am looking to get a GL45 with threaded barrel and no one has been able to tell me if that barrel would work..
Part of the reason why I made that part of the video 😂. Also, from what I read mck gen 2 is even better suited for threaded barrel and can, but cannot confirm yet.
I know the PSA Dagger is a Glock clone/lookalike, would the Dagger fit in this? I am expecting mine at an FFL and would love to use the MCK with it....
From what I read the slide serrations on dagger do not work with MCK charging handle.
I have a gen 2 and a fab defense qd swivel works just fine?

Primary Arms 2.5x prism at that time. Since then switched to 9mm and a red dot, vs using 357 sig.
I just got my MCK for my Sig P320 and it scratches up my pistol :(
That is horrible and I would at least contact the CAAUSA for comments and possibly return it. Where does it scratch (I would presume on the slide)?

That is even stranger, is it a non standard p320? Wondering if the mck you received is made to bad specs or is just a bad one..?

@@miketyson2258 it scratches it up where the tip of the barrel rubs on the inside barrel of the mck
Which sling would you say is the best and the one that you use?
I am very fond of MagPul and Blue Force Gear and VTAC slings
does it wiggle a bit when Glock is installed ? micro ronies do that...
Tiny bit side to side if you apply sizable amount if force. Otherwise it is locked down. I will be trying more with 357 sig to see how it goes.

In my trying only the MCKPBS worked, MagPul and UTG Pro did not fit. I added a link to them on OpticsPlanet

The mag holder does NOT make it an aow.
On the mck, it doesn't. However, on actual Roni it can be used as a grip and could potentially be seen as one, so better safe than sorry in my pov

You can actually upgrade it by buying the 900 lumen baton Olight which is also rechargeable you just have to file away the small plastic lip on the light housing that the original one comes with as the 900 lumen Olight is slightly longer but it works perfectly!

I hate companies that do stuff like this and for this reason. They make their swivel a tad bit longer so we can’t use stuff we already have. Greed. It’s not enough charging $300 for the plastic.
Agreed, though I did buy mine for $150 on sale. To be honest it is not worth $300... at least for me

This pisses me off. Greedy ass jerks had to make proprietary sling mount instead of just letting me use the ones already have and theirs are 2 times what they should cost.
